I bought a used Nissan Altima here in July 2013. The salesman was excellent, wish I could remember his name. He was a tall slender young man who had a bunch of children. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the one who did the paperwork. I paid cash for the car by way of a cashiers check from San Diego County Credit Union. Right after buying the car I went on several extended trips and then moved to Virginia. I just realised I had never received the title to the car when I went to have it registered in the new state. After spending several hours on the phone I finally located it. Quality Nissan had titled it to San Diego Co Union as if I had financed it. The Credit Union had it but wasn't able to figure out who it belonged to as there was no explanation and obviously no loan. When I called Quality. They just told me it had gone to the Credit Union, that I would have to get it there. No apology for their mistake or offer to track it down and correct it. I made it very clear at the time of purchase that I was paying cash so there shouldn't have been any misunderstanding. Plus the sales contract has no mention of a loan. I have a hard time understanding how they could be so careless and an even harder time understanding why they wouldn't follow up on their mistake and try to correct it, instead of rudely telling me I had to call the Credit Union myself. They won't receive any return business from me. I will be sure to share the type of service I received with my friends and acquaintances.
service employees are veryprofessional – It was okay. In and out in about an hour. Got a car wash and that was nice. Service employees are very professional. Thank you.
Okay. So Shaun is the man. He's the guy I called "Christian" in my previous post. Hehe. He took really good care of me when I purchased my car.
I took my car in for its first oil change last week. I had to wait two hours (ugh) and it cost me $32. BUT I'm fine with that. I know that I'm taking good care of my baby. A couple days ago I took my car in to get two new rear brake lamps covered under warranty. No problem. Fixed 'em, didn't charge me, my friend picked me up so I didn't have to wait, and when I got back, my car was washed and waiting. Nissan has good cars. They have decent people working there if you know who to ask for. If they treat you bad, just leave! Maybe they'll catch you at the door and work with you or maybe you'll just have to spend your money elsewhere. Don't judge 'em 'till you try 'em, though, newbies. =)
Great Service, Great Salesmen I've serviced my 2005 Altima and bought a 2007 Murano from them. They are now my family's exclusive car dealership. Highly recommend for your upcoming car needs.
If it's in the Name, it's in the Name! Quality is what you want in a car dealership and that is what I received compared to one north from here named after a "beer". That dealership failed to live up to its Edmunds "Premier Dealer" status. Go to them if you want Haggle 101! I purchased a new vehicle from Quality Nissan earlier this year for a great price without any bait and switch tactics. The salesmen and finance were very professional and upfront. They absolutely made my car buying experience as simple as can be.
About three months ago I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra SE-R for roughly 20k. They took my trade in for 5k and I got the Sentra at zero percent interest for five years, nothing out of pocket. The car is amazing and the customer service was fine. It took a little wheeling and dealing, but if it didn't, it wouldn't be as fun. It's too bad that such awful customer service exists out there... I thought the guy that helped me was fine. I think his name was Christian?... grr I dunno. Younger Mexican dude... really nice...On his way to a bonus.
Kesean Zachery is a great service guy. He's really taking care of me today.
