F- Owner needs some manners! – The first time my kids and I where there I was charged for exactly 17min. before closing, which I can understand a there is nothing free in life; but the owner I believe that was in such hurry that turned the bouncy that my kids where in one of them 15mo old! and when I mention it to her she kept on walking and did not even apologized... I was very excited about scheduling a Party with them, but I will NEVER visit that hazardous place again.
I am the manager & was nearby that evening. That wasn?t the owner but an ex-emp who checked the bouncy for kids before turning it off. She didn?t realize your child had gotten back into the bouncy & she did apologize. It would?ve been nice to hear from you instead of reading your negative remarks on the internet. I apologize you feel your child was neglected. We?re family oriented & do our best to ensure people of all ages have fun. That is not how we run the facility.
Best place for a party around! – BEST PLACE EVER! I recently had my daughters birthday party at Bounce-A-Rama in Lawrenceville & it was FANTASTIC! They are not open for open bounce play when they have birthday parties scheduled so you don't have to worry about little ones being trampled. The price was right, the staff was super attentive & helpful & the best part is YOU CAN BRING IN ANY OUTSIDE FOOD AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! We will certainly be having any future parties at Bounce-A-Rama!
great staff – When I was 10 years old I whent there for a birthday party and it was awsome. The staff where really nice so I hop you can feal the same way I did when I whent there over a year ago and it still is so go to bounce a rama.
Excellent customer service – I've been here several times with my niece & nephew, and they are always so friendly & accommodating! The first time we went, we arrived 30 mintues before closing time, and the nice young man working there stayed open late on a saturday night so the kids could play longer. We had a party there yesterday, and it was really fun. The party rooms could use some updating, but let's be real: it's a bounce house, so no one is spending much time in the party room, lol. the staff is really nice, I just can't compliment them enough.
The best and worst thing about bounce-a-rama is its location. Because it's out of the way, it's rarely crowded -- but of course, that makes it kind of a pain to get to. Still, can't beat $7/kid with free admission for the adults! Don't forget your socks!
