Reviews for Ballard Pizza Company

Whole pies and fat slices. That's what the signage reads inside this new, casual pizza joint from Staple & Fancy's Ethan Stowell. Expect exposed brick, an open kitchen, a handful of other trimmings that have become Ballard's calling card and of course, some serious 'za. Stand up and scarf down a slice, or grab a seat at the row of wooden tables and enjoy an entire pie. Pasta, salad and stromboli also grace the menu, as do beer and wine. And if you're stumbling around Ballard Ave. late at night on the weekends, you can take shelter at BPC 'til 3 AM., when pizza tastes best.

Whole pies and fat slices...that pretty much sums it up. A welcomed addition to late night noshing in Ballard. Pizza the way it was meant to be.

Whole Pies. Fat Slices. That pretty much sums it up, well except for the luscious salads and the decadent desserts. Build your own pie or give the Whole Hog a try. The new happy hour 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. offers you a slice and a pint if you throw down a fiver.

Superstar Seattle chef-restaurateur Ethan Stowell gets into the pie business at this family-friendly place just down the block from his fancier Staple & Fancy. The ingredients are first-rate, as you'd expect from this prolific mover/shaker on the culinary landscape. Huge fist bumps for serving slices in addition to the whole pies.

Fantastic pizza by the slice or whole pies. Pick from the menu board or create your own. Wine from a keg, beers in cans. Fun spot!
