I have been dealing with chronic back injuries for over a decade, and have found little to no relief from western or eastern medical treatments. Natalie has now changed that with BioSync! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone with chronic pain to contact Natalie for a full two hour BioSync session, you OWE IT TO YOURSELF to get relief! Natalie delivers without a doubt!

Mindful and Embodied offers a wonderful Yoga Teacher Training, Natalie covers a wide range of Asana, Philosophy, Anatomy, and hints to succeed as a teacher. I was able to find a job right away, but more importantly was able to deepen my personal practice and create a balance in my everyday life! I would highly recommend using Mindful and Embodied as your YTT connection.

Natalie is my rejuvenator! I have been taking private yoga classes and having bio sync for years and love it. She is totally in tune with what I need each session and tailors it accordingly. I'm going to go make an appointment right now....

I started this year with the worst back pain I've ever had. I thought I had messed up my back for life. I worked through the pain and eventually found natalie and she changed my life. I started working with her and had some body sync sessions which evolved into meditation and yoga. I'm a very big guy who never imagined I could do what I am doing now. My back has never felt better and my body has really benefited from the work we have done. She is an amazing person, teacher, and mentor. I would highly recommend natalie to anyone who is looking to improve their wellbeing.

Natalie is great teacher and instructor. She goes the extra mile to make sure you have the help that you need. She is very intuitive and able to provide a very calming yet fun environment. I highly recommend Mindful and Embodied if you want personalized instruction.

Natalie is amazing! She has a great talent for yoga and has helped me achieve a new sense of balance and well being in my life. Everyone should experience a Biosync session with Natalie. For me, it was a life changing experience.

Natalie is very calming to be around. The Biosync sessions do wonders. She is very intuitive to what state my body is in and can work into it. lots of pointers and ideas as she works...if you want them....or you can just listen to the music and melt while she works on you. I've had a ton of body work done and Natalie is among the best.

Mindful and Embodied has been a very nurturing environment. Natalie has designed the teacher training to fulfill the requirements, but you get so much more out of her classes. I'm just finishing up the Spring/Summer Teacher Training. Our class was modestly sized which made it perfect for learning. We all recieved individual attention, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and explore things further according to our own interests. She is well trainied to discuss the wide variety of yoga topics. It is amazing how Natalie finds a way of catering to our individual interests within a group setting. Natalie is excellent at working with our limitations, and she is great at giving modifications. She praises our strengths, and teaches us to learn from our mistakes. She is full of spontanious inspiration that helped me to look at some of the complicated concepts in a new way. She can also create yoga classes from intuition. I often walk away from her classes so greatful for a certain pose that I didn't know I needed. It's a life changing experience, and well worth the journey!

Mindful and Embodied is a welcoming, grounding place. Natalie gave me my introduction to yoga a couple of years ago, and I have made it a weekly habit since. She is a wonderful, versatile teacher who is truly attuned to the needs of those in class, and she never fails to give us exactly that. Highly recommended for beginners and advanced students alike.

My yoga teacher training with Natalie at Mindful & Embodied has been the most enriching experience in my entire life thus far--physically, mentally, and spiritually. Natalie's presence is incredibly personable and encouraging while also maintaining a strong desire to watch you improve as you hone your practice and develop your personal philosophies. The intimate setting in this space allows the students to grow together not just as yoga peers but as close friends as well. The training is a remarkable experience, even if you aren't particularly interested in becoming an actual yoga instructor. The knowledge, wisdom, and receptivity of Natalie Buchi will be enough to help you grow substantially as a person and give you the tools to grow throughout the rest of your life. She has just as much to learn from you as you do from her, and that's what makes her undeniably one of the best yoga teacher trainers you will find in Salt Lake.
