Its pleasant, really a good Car buying experience for a first time buyer, this was the third CR-V(from Freeway Honda) in our team. Not like other dealers who give you attractive quotes and force you to pay huge amounts for the Accessories, Not like other dealers who confuse with various financing and warranty packages, I would say its a win-win situation for the buyer and dealer. Top of all 'Amir' is an awesome guy to deal with.
I am actually blown away by the treatment I received during my last visit. It is so refreshing, to know that "great" service does exist. I recently went to Freeway Honda for a simple advertised oil change, for our 2006 Pilot. I was waiting in the lobby, when a young man walked up to me to let me know that an air flow duct was broken. I usually do these type of fixes myself, so I asked what that would cost and a short while later he returned with a very reasonable price, but that I would have to come back the next day, as it needed to be ordered. No problem.....came back, part was waiting for me as promised. I would like to thank Jay Reyes, Tim Petroff, Victor Galvez and Saib Gonzalez, for their upfront explanations of any thing I asked. Tim was actually doing the service and was very descriptive in letting me know of areas that I should be concerned about in the upcoming months, which was very much appreciated. Jay was my service advisor and obviously very knowledge. Saib and Victor kept me informed also.
This type of service is not very common these days, and just across the street at Crevier BMW where I take my car, is the only other service departments that actually treat customers like they matter, rather than the money they bring in being the primary concern. Thank you Freeway Honda for making me matter
