I used their service on September 20, 2013, I also paid an extra $10.00 for some spraying in
my outside sheds. The service man told me if after a week and there was still spiders to call and he would come back. I called the office today, October 1st, spoke to the receptionist, told her of my problem, she said did I signup for continuous treatments? I said No, she said, well
than we can't come back!!!!! Be aware of what they say they will do, and what they refuse
to follow through! Very disappointed and a waste of money, as I will need to call a reputable company and pay again!
I've used these guys for years. I'm sticking with them because they take such good care of me. Even if I still have a problem after they treat, they come back the very next day. The office help is very informative, and friendly.
This is the third year we have called Next Generation Pest Control. We love their excellent service. We go back to them every year, among other things, because their system is effective, yet safe for our kids. I highly recommend Next Generation.
great service this is my third year with them and the kids love it when they dont have to sleep with the earwigs and spiders. they are efficient and fast on the job. I have already recommeded them to my coworkers.
I signed up for a premium complete service via groupon. The service was scheduled to be completed between 5pm and 6pm. I had things I needed to do that day, but waited to do them so I could have the service completed. The boy who came didn't arrive until 6:10pm.
One of the main reasons I signed up for the groupon was because I'd notice some dead ants in my basement bathroom. I would vacuum them up, only to have them appear a day or so later. When I googled the problem, I read that this could be because there was a colony living in the wall and they were making room by dumping their dead. Before Next Gen updated their website, the premium complete service showed that this type of problem would be fixed. The boy who sprayed my house was about to run off before I stopped him and asked him about the ants. He told me the spray would take care of the problem. When I informed him about what I'd read, he called someone and had a private conversation, assumedly about my problem. After he got off the phone, he told me again that the problem was taken care of.
Because I wanted a guarentee, I asked him, "Will you come out and take care of the problem for free if the problem doesn't go away?" He said yes, so I signed his form and he left. A week later the dead ants were back. I emailed the company about the problem five days again and have yet to hear back. I won't use this service again.
