Great sales and service experience ! This is the 3rd Camry we have owned from North Point Toyota, and they have consistantly provided us with an expemplary sales and service experience. The sales dept is very professional and upfront and always give us a great deal with the manager bringing the best price to us immediately without putting us through the back and forth. The service dept is is also very quick and friendly with competitive prices and almost always have our oil changes done in well under 30 minutes. Keep up the good work !

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! HORRID, DREADFUL, EXPERIENCE. I wish I could return my car. I was told the 2011 SIENNA LIMITED was IMMACULATE! FLAWLESS! "I should be charging you more that what you’re getting it for" is what I was told. I purchased the vehicle online. OMG it wasn’t even detailed. The inside stunk. There was trash on the floorboard and inside cup holders. It couldn’t have been vacuumed at all. Nothing was wiped down. I took out some amoral, leather cleaner and a rag and got alot of the stuff on my own? Why wasn’t this done before hand? Oh and why was there a RENTAL AGREEMENT RECIPET STILL In the glove box? seriously?? I had a woman’s entire address/phone ect in the glove box!!!!I called and received a 100 dollar credit to get the car detailed. Still pretty crappy. There were a couple tears in the leather, and some stains that I couldn’t get. Heck the floor mats, all but the front two, were just piled into the back of the trunk!!!! Seriously?? I had to get the oil changed at 2000 miles from when I got the vehicle! With synthetic should not it be 5000 or more?? Why would the light come on at 2000 miles ? Was the oil wasn’t even changed? I swear I purchased this vehicle online after coming back from a year in Afghanistan. I have had multiple tours and figured id buy a nice car for my wife. I almost cried at the shock of how crappy the car was. I mean for 30K plus vehicle you would think it would be tremendous or immaculate. I wouldn’t recommend a person to this dealer. I also learned a lesson not to buy car online. Sure there were about 25 pictures on there but still. Also why wasn’t I told that I was not getting a DVD remote to the DVD player in the car? I asked if everything was there and I was assured. I didn’t even get a manual for the car, and got that a couple weeks later after I called. I then read I was supposed to get one. What a horrible experience. I wish I could take back the car and change everything about the experience. I am stationed at Fort Gordon, GA and paid for someone to pick it up in Little Rock, AR. I swear again BUYER BEWARE!! If I could I would have returned the car. I honestly and selling this car as soon as my next tour is over. That’s how bad an experience this was/ and the condition of the car. I was had! This review is about 2 months old,as i purchased the car from North Point Toyota, Little Rock AK in Late May.

Wonderful dealership – We have purchased several vehicles from North Point Toyota and it has always been a great experience. Recently we used the North Point Toyota web site to assist us with our shopping for a new car. I have to tell you it was wonderful we were able find an even better way to shop for a new car.We could sit in our home and look at models and colors and even ask questions till we found the right one. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

VERY BAD SERVICE – LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR OUR SON WHO IS FIXING TO TURN 18. WENT TO NORTH POINT ON SATURDAY THE 7TH OF JUNE 2008. A SALESMAN NAMED CHUCK BARBER CAME OUT TO HELP US. WE WENT ON A DRIVE AND WHEN WE GOT BACK I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN PAYMENT AND THAT I ALSO WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY THE 9TH TO TALK TO MY CAR INSURANCE TO SEE WHAT MY SON WOULD HAVE TO PAY SINCE HE IS A SINGLE MALE UNDER 25. AND THEN I WOULD SEE ABOUT BUYING THE CAR IF THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. WELL ANYWAY I TOLD HIM WHAT I WOULD BE WILLING TTO PAY AND AS USUAL THEY HAVE TO GO TALK TO SALES MANAGER. COMES BACK AND HE IS STILL OFF BY ABOUT $63.00 A MONTH I TOLD HIM NO AND HE LEAVES AGAIN AND ONCE AGAIN COMES BACK AND STILL OFF $28.00. I TOLD HIM THANKS AND TO GET MY KEYS FOR MY JEEP THAT I WAS TRADING IN. WELL THE BIG B.S. HAPPENS AGAIN AND THEN HE COMES BACK WITH JASON COOK AND THEY GET TO WITHIN $5.00 AND I STILL SAID NO AND THEY COULDNT UNDERSTAND WHY I COULDNT GO THE EXTRA $5.00 AND I TOLD THEM JUST AS WELL AS THEY COULDNT COME OFF IT I HAVE A BUDGET TOO. FINALLY OUT OF NOWHERE JASON SAYS WELL IF I CAN MEET YOUR PRICE WILL WE HAVE A DEAL AND I SAID YES STILL NEEDING TO CHECK WITH MY INSURANCE ON MONDAY. WE GO INSIDE AND CHUCK COMES BACK WITH SOME PAPERS IN HAND AND I TELL HIM THAT I WILL NOT SIGN UNTIL MONDAY AND HE MAKES A COMMENT NO WE ARE CLOSING THIS DEAL TODAY. TO SAY I WAS SHOCKED BY HIS REMARK IS A UNDERSTATEMENT. I TOLD HELL NO AND GET MY JEEP I AM LEAVING WELL HERE COMES JASON AND HE MAKES THE COMMENT ABOUT HAVING A DEAL. I TELL HIM THE SAME THING. I HAD TO THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE TO EVEN GET MY JEEP BACK AND THEN IT TOOK 20 MINUTES. THIS DEALERSHIP IS EITHER NOT TRAINING THEIR SALESMEN RIGHT OR DONT CARE. THEY WOULD HAVE HAD A SALE I BELEIVE ON MONDAY IF NOT FOR THIS POOR SERVICE AND TREATMENT. I WARN OTHERS DONT GO THERE. THERE IS TO MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO AND NOBODY DESERVES THIS KIND OF SERVICE. IWAS THE CUSTOMER ANDTHEY HAVE NO RESPECT . CHUCK ,JASON NEED TOBEFIRED.
