What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
Teapot Vegetarian House has closed its doors, leaving the Vietnamese restaurant Bamboo in its wake. The restaurant's owner is not new to the Capitol Hill neighborhood, having owned Pho 900 for a couple of years before it shuttered in 2011. Bamboo, while it has yet to grab a loyal clientele, is using its owner's two years of, let's call it "recipe testing" at Pho 900, to offer better food and lots of vegetarian options. And if we know anything about Hill dwellers, they love their veggies!
