Excellent choice for a very permanent piece of art. I have 13 tattoos, and by far, hands down, the best one I have is from High Voltage Tattoos. I went when they first opened the studio in that location about 2 1/2 years ago, so there was a little construction going on, but they were clean, set up wonderfully, and even though they were a bit far for me to drive, they were easy to find. Unfortunately I can't remember my artists name, but he specialized in making color stand out on darker skinned people and people of color. I am African American, and you can clearly see the bright greens, purples, and pinks in my tattoo. They were extremely well priced. I'd definitely go there again. I recently called and was informed they offer a 20% discount to repeat customers. They're even super friendly and extremely helpful over the phone. I'd definitely recommend them.
