Beauty and Health in Admiral. Basically, I'm with a fellow reviewer called "Stu H." , and I hear similar things from others. --

Helen is indeed an especially caring, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient person. She runs a small shop that might well double as a veritable institute of personal health, as well as a refreshingly simple retreat from busy Admiral District outside. For more than two years, Helen has groomed my hair and nails, and has regularly administered massage therapy. The results for me have really made the difference -- I have actually become successful instead of just hanging on at work, quite noticeably because of help with personal appearance and bearing. I lift weights in the gym also, and most often my performance is improved in the days right after major massage sessions. Helen's help in this passage is memorable -- something from a truly beautiful and powerful person, who really attunes to Beauty as an outgrowth of general good health. And she is very good with children, also -- I am humbled, having seen some of her endurance in working with kids. And this is something the kids (and most adults also) quite visibly enjoy.
