The work is done well they just take too long. I suspect they do work out of order as it took 5 working days for my tractor to move from fourth in line to first.

Kerry's is so very disappointing – I'm glad to share my very negative experience w/Kerry's L & G. On 2/3 of this year I put a deposit of $200 on a Toro cultivator attachment for a mini skid loader. Sales rep Steve had given me a very convincing demo of this implement at my house. He said it would be shipped out from Minn. in mid-March when the truck had a full load to ship out. I was willing to wait it out even though I could have used it sooner due to mild winter. Mid March came and I gave Steve a call to see what was up. He told me that Toro had sent the ones they had manufactured to southern states where the season starts earlier. He told me I'd have to wait til mid-June for the next availability. I asked about selling me the demo he said he couldn't because of showing other customers-- nonsense. Why frustrate other customers with something you can't deliver on. I deal w/L & G companies in the Lebanon area that would have sold me the demo to make amends on a broken promise and keep a good customer. Kerry's didn't and for that I will not deal with them in the future. For the record they did return my deposit.

Great experience here, really know their stuff! – I originally bought a cub cadet at Home Depot and ended up having to go back 3 times before I finally threw a FIT until they gave me my money back. A friend of mine suggested Kerry's and I had a great experience - they actually knew what they were talking about. They even put the thing together unlike the first piece of junk I'd gotten at home depot that was falling apart. I've had my machine for a little over a year and have had it back to Kerry's once so far for maintenance. It came back cleaned up nice and running like new. Every time I've had to call the ladies on the phone are pleasant and everyone there seems to actually know what they're talking about. I like to support local businesses, especially right now with the way our economy is and this is a great locally-owned place to shop.

Unethical and not customer focused – I purchased a John Deere tractor from them in 2001 and had a good experience. I decided to upgrade and bought a 2008 Cub Cadet GT 1554 Tractor. On my first use, it bent one of the steering arms - tractor had less than an hour on it. Took it back to Kerry's and 3 days after I purchased it and they said it was not a warranty item and I would need to pay to have it installed - $70. I ordered the part ($13) and installed it myself . Then after 8 hours it kept throwing a belt. I took it back at the beginning of the next season and they could not find any issues with it, but charged me $50 to look at the problem and sharpen the blades - I never asked for the blades to be sharpened. When I got it home, I noticed the blades never were sharpened. I called Kerry and he admitted them made a mistake and did not sharpen the blades. He offered to sharpen them for me, if I dropped the tractor off. The tractor kept throwing the belt almost each time I used it. The deck rollers completely wore out after 20 hours. After 2 years I was tired of the issues I was having with the unit. I decided to trade it in. I purchased the tractor in May 2008. When I went to trade it in (9/2010) they ran the serial number and found out it was manuafactured in 2/2007 - it was 15 months old when I purchased it from Kerry's. They told me it was a 2008 model when I got it - but they lied.. I traded it in for a John Deere and will never look back . This was the worst experience I had - they are so unethical and non-customer focused. It appears they also lost their John Deere dealership status - with this kind of behavior it is no wonder why!
