My husband and I just purchased a 2013 X3 from Desert BMW. We were fortunate to have Trent Jenkins as our sale representative. Mr. Jenkins was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We appreciated Mr. Jenkins politely and patiently showed us all the vehicle’s functions.
Whoever service the new car forgot to fill in the gas When I called the next day, Mr. Jenkins asked me to take the car back and he filled in a full tank of gas with no questions ask. He also bought me a gift (out of his pocket) from the BMW shops to apologize for the mistake the service department made. We highly recommend Desert BMW. When you go there, talk to Trent Jenkins and he will find you what you want.
New Car – I got a car from Desert BMW about 3 months ago. It was a certified used 325 and I just loved it. About 3 weeks ago I had a few issues with the car. And then it had another one and then a flat tire. Then one morning it didn’t start. It was one thing after another and I was just fed up. When I went in to speak to the MGR I told them my issues and they addressed them in the correct fashion. I had a loaner car and it was a different model them mine. When I went back to get my car everything was fixed at no cost to me but at that point I wanted the other model. They were able to work me a deal on the same car that was my loaner and my payment stayed the same. Im so glad I went with the Desert Automotive Group, they really stand behind there customers.
Great !! – I recently went out and purchased a new BMW. I was impressed by how professional they were and the great service that the sales person provided me. They were very knowledgeable of their vehicles and knew what they were talking about. They had a smooth and easy financing process they were quick and very informative. They were great and went far and beyond my expectations.
Great! – My interaction with Albert Weiser during the research and negotiation process were very efficient. He did not pressure my decision and was both available and responsive to requests for information about the vehicle. Post sale; Albert has been very helpful in responding to me about the vehicles features. I've already recommended Albert to colleagues and will continue to do so.
Amazing – I choose Desert BMW for many reasons, but mainly becuase their service department is well managed. They take the time and efffort to help and fix what needs to be fixed. Alondg with that I trust this dealer, I have purchased 3 BMW cars from this location. Danielle in service is hands down amazing. Its the best experience every time.
PressureFree – It does show when a company hires people who are willing to do whatever the guest needs. With my experience with Las Vegas BMW it was clear to me that this was what they did. I did not feel as I had to do anything I did not feel okay with. They were very pressure free, they even let me and my husband go for a test drive by ourself. Needless to say we ended up purchasing.
BMW fan – I have to be honest: I was hesitant to even buy a car in this economy. Once I stepped into BMW of Las Vegas, I knew i was in the right place. From the sales department to the finance department, they made me feel like I deserved great customer service. Dealing with BMW Las Vegas has changed me from just a customer to a fan. I tell everybody I kow they are the best

I just recently bought a X5 knowing that I have a dedicated service Department behind the car, and that is very important.
Two words... Billy Collins what can I say my wife and I cried, Laughed we negotiated and ultimately drove away smiling customers. The Billy Collins wit, wisdom and drama made the normally painful car buying experience quite enjoyable. Good thing the dealership is close to our house!
Service with Danielle!!!!!! – The main reason I am with BMW is because of my service advisor Danielle Karley! She has been absolutely wonderful since the first time I met her. I have been a BMW owner for four years and could not imagine not having Danielle as my service advisor. I recommend her to the fullest so glad Desert BMW hired her!
