poor, gheto service – ok so repeatedly, now the 3rd time, the attendants answering were just not altogether polite or jovial. They apparently had other things to do while answering the phone that were more important than getting your order in. Other times they just seemed flustered.

The pizza was cold upon arrival the first time; we'd ordered the family feast special; 2nd time it was alright, but the guys on the other end just didnt seem organized. the 3rd time, using up the last bit of our credit from the comped order of the first, the answering attendant was just rude. we'll see how the food is.

You guys need work.

Poor Service and Food Quality at the Stratford Road Pizza Hut – This past Friday night, we were in the mood for pizza. We ordered the "Big Night In" deal which consisted of the pan of pasta, a medium 1 topping pizza and five breadsticks for $21.99 When the food arrived, I opened up the pizza box and was quite disappointed; the pizza that was in the box looked to be the size of a small pizza. It was sliced to get 6 slices. We ordered the chicken alfredo pasta;it tasted exactly like Stouffers pasta like youd get out of the freezer section at your local grocer. The pasta was cold, barely room temperature. The pizza tasted "doughy" and it was cold. I would also like to mention that we had ordered a HAND TOSSED pizza. The bottom wasnt even brown and you could tell that it was a pre-made crust. The texture on the bottom of the pizza said it all; aside from the consistancy of the dough all together. Aside from the undone taste and the temperature of the pizza, the toppings were meager and not only that, but the cheese was barely melted on top! I swear to you, it looked/tasted like they had pulled a crust out of the plastic wrapper, slapped sauce on it (which was also uneven), threw some cheese on it, then the meager toppings and when they put it in the oven and threw it into the box for delivery. Im honestly quite surpised neither one of us are sick from the pizza. The breadsticks were hard over done, almost like they had sat in the bin for a few hours. They DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE THE MARINARA SAUCE TO DIP THEM IN!!!! I have made several attempts to file a complaint on the pizza hut website but all of my attempts have failed for some reason or another. I have had other problems with this location in the past, but its been a long long time ago. The inside/sit down service is horrendous and it certainly wasnt the best. Save your money, save your time AND your health and avoid this Pizza Hut location at all costs.

This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies. – In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
