felt like I was in grammer school – I had been going to Zen for about a year now and have enjoyed it. I was very surprised when I went in for a massage one day with my girl friend on how the owner acted. We were greeting by another lady who was very nice. Then when the owner came in with her son they were sitting behind the desk and she had made a remark to the lady who had greeted us and looked like she just shrugged at the owner and went about her bussiness. However, her son asked her what she said and she tried to tell him and he kept saying what i dont understand. He did this several times and I was shocked because we were sitting right there in front of them so we were able to hear what she had said. She told her son that we were a weird couple and some other things which I can only guess that it was not nice as she was trying to hide her conversation with a folder. I felt like we where in grammer school. So if the owner can talk about her clients while they are sitting in the waiting room...I can only imagine what she says about us when we are not there...Needless to say I will be going somewhere else
Best Massage Ever! – I love this place! I have been there many many times! It is always clean, and the staff is always great. I have booked with at least 5 or 6 different therapists and I have had really good massage everytime. They have flannel sheets that are very cozy and blankets on each table. I really love the table heaters they use as well, the sheets and blankets have ALWAYS been clean, and the therapists very accomidating. I will continue to enjoy my once or twice a month massage there, it is very affordable and worth every penny to manage my stress.
Nastiest Place in town – This place was filthy!! There were cobwebs in the corners, the bathroom smelled like something had died, and they tried to cover it up with cherry kool-aid. I went to get on the table, and there was body hair all over the sheets, and the blanket was stiff from filth! I asked the therapist to change the sheets and blanket, and she acted like I had asked her to amputate an arm. A bio hazard of a business. This place needs to be shut down.
Great place to go. – This place is awesome!!! I walked out a competitors after being treated very rudely... I found Zen Massage online, and called. The receptionist, Susan, was wonderful.. She was so nice on the phone and helped me schedule my appointment. She even got me in as a walk in.
My therapist, Traci, was wonderful. I had a full hour massage, not the 50 minutes, like the other guys have, and I was so relaxed. The services were wonderful, and the prices were 50% less than what I was paying at my old salon... I am hooked...
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a good massage, without getting robbed in the process.......
