Best Burger In Town. I am the owner of Heritage Heating and Cooling in Franklin, TN and Chef Pauls has the best burger in town hands down. Make sure you ask for a side of his special cajun sauce, unreal! The gumbo is good but the portion was too small. It should be an appetizer not a meal. Chef Paul is usually there and will come to your table and make sure you are happy.
