If you are a lover of cucumber cocktails, then the Juniper Fusion is a must try! This muddled cucumber and strawberry concoction is refreshing and under 176 calories! This is one of the many "Fresh & Skinny" cocktails made with their own house citrus agave blend.

nope,... not going again – my husband and I have tried this place 3 times.... we believe any place can have an off night/day.... we found it to be well overpriced, but the food was good.... the beer selection - which they tout as the largest in the world, isn't even the largest in Houston... try Gingerman, or Richmond Arms.... they do NOT serve 20 oz Imperial pints, but charge as though they do, nor do they have a staff educated on how to pour a Guinness!! It's really annoying that places believe that just because they are trendy they should simply take rake customers over the coals.... when my husband asked why the Guinness was not in a proper Guinness glass we were told the customers can't be trusted - they steal specialty glasses! HOW RUDE!!! We will not darken their door again.... over priced Chilis!

Suck!!! – The managers/servers are crass and rude...especially the short old manager dude. We left a phone on the table, and it was stolen within 5 minutes of leaving. Pretentious, over priced place with c*ck suckers serving your watered down drinks.

Review – Great selection of food - I have tried their soup, pizza and burgers. Burgers are pretty good. Menu items are a bit pricey. Each time I go it take a while for the food to come out. Their Happy Hour has a nice scene.

Best of City Centre – Yardhouse is the best place at City Centre by far! The atmosphere, choices of food, prices and serving sizes are GREAT! My husband can eat pizza and oinion rings and I can have a seared Ahi tuna salad, so for us the variety is hands down the best part.

A tip is since this is THE best spot at City Centre, dont go with high expectations on Friday or Saturday nights. The crowds are huge, its noisey, the wait can be long and parking is scarce.

Instead, take advantage of their "off hours" Happy Hour specials. That way you can eat and drink well without the crowds.

Never Again! – Went last night with 3 girlfriends. NIGHTMERE trying to park first of all. Valets at Yard House and Sorella were both full. I love City Centre but this place isn't going to make it if you can't park.

Then the wait is 30-45 minutes. But here is the clincher. After all the crazyness just getting in there I make my way to the bar for a much needed drink. One of my friends has gone to the restroom, and the other is on a call outside.

I finally get the bartenders attention and I order 2 vodka tonics. One for me, one for my friend in the restroom. GET THIS. She goes, "You can only order one drink per patron." AT this point I'm alone but I tell her, "They're not both for me!" Too bad, that is their rule I guess. WTF. One drink. Who does this?

Has Houston become a college town all of the sudden? I'm 41 years old. Did she think I was buying drinks for some 19 year olds somewhere? There is no one in that place that looks younger than 28. I seriously cannot believe that they would have a policy like that. Can you imagine if I was trying to buy drinks for customers? How tacky.

There are a million bars and restaurants in this town. You cannot treat grown adults like that.

And lets face it, the food is just ok. The menu is so huge its almost like being at the Cheesecake Factory. That wasn't a compliment BTW.

I will never go back there. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Great for Vegetarians! – Great place to sit outside on the patio

Pros: Vegetarian menu, nice outdoor seating

Cons: This place throws a fit when you ask for a wine sample, but isnt that normal when you are ordering by the bottle?? Also, they messed up on our orders quite a few times - brought meat out instead of the vegetarian order which worries me considering we are vegetarians.

Will definetely go back for the gardein and outdoor seating.

BAD food, BAD service! – My boyfriend and I went here thinking it was good because we heard positive reviews. We like trying out new restaurants and giving them a chance, so we figured, let's try Yard House! Upon entering, we were greeted. First impression: a little loud...but that's okay because it's a 'cool' place to go. We were seated at a high top near the kitchen (worst place to be given, why even put tables there?). Can't blame the host, you seat 'em where it's available.

Next, we opened the menu and it was a weird selection of food. Everything from sushi to korean BBQ to hamburgers. It was all over the place, wasn't sure what kind of food to order....matter of fact, nothing looked appetizing so we went ahead and just ordered the artichoke appetizer.

We were greeted by "Donnie" (real name: Donald) after about 10 minutes. He wasn't particularly busy, he just felt like socializing, I suppose. Anyway, he took our order down...and it took a good while for it to arrive. But that's okay, it was a busy Saturday night. We understood.

What I didn't understand was the fact that everytime I looked at Donnie to get his attention, he saw us and just kept talking to his co-workers. I tried getting the attention of the many managers that were walking, but all seemed too busy being "professional" (and I put that in quotes for a reason). None of them came over. How rude.

We weren't particularly demanding, we just wanted to order an entree. Donnie wandered over and asked what we'd like to order....so I ordered the garlic lobster noodles. It sounded the safest (boy, was I wrong).

It came out after a while of waiting....and it was disgusting. It had a weird sweet flavor and the lobster didn't taste fresh. We ran out of water soon after, and I can't even remember how many times Donnie or a manager would walk by and NOT ask us if we wanted a refill. Let me reiterate: we were not demanding or rude at all.

Anyways, he finally came over after 20 minutes and we were so turned off by the horrible service we just asked for the check...WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 15 MINUTES because he was busy socializing and laughing.

We usually tip 20%+, but we realized that you need to earn your tip. We only tipped 15%...and that was us being generous. I will NEVER come back to this place.

Horrible food, bad service, and a loud atmosphere.

Hopefully other people had better experiences than we did.

And if you get Donnie as your server, ask for someone else.

Great Food, Drinks and Service – Food is amazing, great location, it atmosphere is a lot of fun, you can go to watch a game or have drinks with friends. The menu definitely has a California feel to it, in a great way.

If you have some time on a weekend, YH is a great place to sit out of the patio and enjoy the sun and scenery.

Let down – over price food and drinks, slow service, rude and hard headed management. Went to yardhouse seveal times and every time I left disapointed. Great location but staff ruins the expirence enough that I tell people to stay away.

Citysearch Editorial Review – This California-based chain with a location in Memorial’s posh CityCentre keeps things classy but casual. A sprawling menu of melt-in-your-mouth, gentrified grub includes a seared ahi tuna Caesar, blue crab cake hoagie and bearnaise burger. Still, their calling card is the beer: one of the city’s largest draft selections, the almost 100 brews on tap range from Young’s Chocolate Stout to Rogue Dead Guy Ale. Check out the transparent keg room to ogle the sheer malted quantity. Clientele spans from boisterous young professionals to families, all enjoying the picturesque patio, classic rock soundtrack, flatscreen sports broadcasts, and attentive service.
