I am very pleased with Dr Saadat's giftings. He explained each procedure to me as the surgery progressed. This is the first time that I did not experience palpitations from the lydocaine. He directed Claudia how to properly administer the injector, especially when there is sensitivity to Lydocaine. Yvonne bandaged me properly, however Martha forgot to take the last photo & bandaging had to be removed. It was just as well because I had an allergic reaction to the glue!

I first went to Dr Saadat with a bump on my arm that turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma. He excised it skillfully; that was a year and a half ago. I have since gone back and had several pre-cancerous lesions frozen.

He and his staff are very professional and friendly. I love the atmosphere. It feels different than any other doctor's office I've been in. I recommend him and his staff very highly.

Horrible Manners – I agree with you. I would rather pay extra to have a great experience in any situation whether a restaurant, hairslylist, manicurist, and especially a cosmetic dermatologist. I too had an awful experience with this "doctor." I went in for a minor procedure and during the consultation he was very dry, arrogant almost demeaning in a sense. I think this person is in the wrong field Dr. Saadat has no people skills what so ever. I will NEVER go back there again!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a BAD review. I scheduled an appointment with this doctor based on a special they were running. Before I scheduled the appointment I asked if they were running any specials on the filler I was interested in and they informed me of a special that sounded absolutely amazing to me. I wanted to be very clear about the special before wasting anybody's time as it sounded too good to be true. The special was buy one get one free. They were very clear that I could purchase both and could save the second filler for when I needed it. I kept asking if there were any catches and they said no. I was told that the other doctor whom I have not met verified this. So I go to my appointment and had to wait one full hour before I was called to see the doctor. He then tells me that there is NO WAY they could honor what I was told over the phone and it says on the special "treatments must be done in the same appointment". So I did not have this flyer for this special and only called to find out if they were running any specials as I found this doctor on my insurance website as one of my providers. I was hoping that I could use them through my insurance for dermatology issues that I have as well. This doctor had no bed side manners whatsoever. With no emotions at all he told me that he was sorry that I was misinformed and that I wouldn't be charged the $150 office visit after waiting an hour and still having to pay for parking which was $9. How generous of him. Then as I was leaving he asked the front desk if this is what I was told and they verified it and mentioned that the other doctor had told them this as well. Even after they verified it the best he could offer was just buying the one for the same price that it would of cost for two which made no sense at all. That price is easy to find especially with all the holiday specials that are being offered. At that point, even if he offered it for free there would be no way I would let that doctor come near me. It was very clear that I was upset and still they let me leave their office that way. I had told them that I am a very busy business woman and that it was very hard for me to make time for this appointment. I did not mention that the drive took me over 45 minutes but that would not have made any difference anyway. I was going through some emotional matters and was looking forward to this boost. I have no problem at all with the fine print if they had told me about it before I made the appointment and drove all the way there.The fact that it was verified what I was told over the phone and nothing was done about it is complete unprofessionalism especially from a physician.The doctor's room I was put in was very cold, but nowhere near as cold as the doctor was himself. There are many offers out there and even if you have to pay a little more to have a friendly understanding doctor it is worth it.
