Great moving company – These guys were amazing. I moved from a house with tight spiral stairs to an apartment on the third floor on one of the hottest days we've had this summer. They flew through the move without the slightest problem. Super fast and an amazing price for four guys moving so fast. My move was completely stress free thanks to them. I would definitely use them again!

Great movers! – Amazing! Best moving experience I've ever had. I've been meaning to write this review for ages. They were so great from the first email request to the final box. They were fast, considerate with our stuff, on-time, and professional!

Great job! – Five stars easy for this great company. We've used them twice, once to move all of our stuff from one home to another, the second time to pick up a treadmill we purchased off Craigslist. They gave us a discount for our second move since we were repeat customers.

The scheduling was easy and flexible, the pricing was reasonable and honest, and the move itself was fast and flawless both times.

Five stars! – In reference to our move from Dallas area to Charlotte, NC. The movers were great and the service from the office staff was great as well. The move had no complications and our items were recieved within a week of picking up. We would use them again.

Wow!!! – Giving these guys 5 stars is easy - they made our move painless and actually enjoyable!

Cost/Professionalism: I got three different estimates and not only did these guys come in lower than everyone else, they didnt have a pushy "sales guy" pitch what so ever. I felt 100% comfortable with them and knew I had my movers as soon as we did our walk through.

Preparation: Boxes, boxes and more boxes! As a business we had TONS of product to move- they provided multiple bundles of boxes, they were flexible with the alley and elevators and they had a great Move Coordinator that kept in touch with me throughout the weeks before the actual move.

The Move: What a fun, lively, strong group of guys! Speedy, efficient and gentle with our things - they made our move worry free! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone moving a home or office.

an interesting experience – I moved from Dallas to Los Angeles & the guys that moved the stuff out of my house in dallas were GREAT. The cross-country driver was the problem. He called me on Fri stating my stuff would be there Sat, that changed to Sun, then Mon afternoon. I waited all afternoon Mon & called him 3 times before he finally answered & stated he would not be able to be there until Mon evening. I called his dispatcher & the main office & explained to them the dilemma to which they stated there was nothing they could do despite the false promises. The driver explained he had an 18 wheeler & would need to lawn carry everything across. The first 50 ft they must carry are free but every 50 additional ft after is an extra $75. I was not informed this at the beginning. The driver was just telling me this the day of. I phoned both the company & dispatcher & asked them how the cost is determined. Both stated firmly it was up to the driver's discretion & he’d work out a plausible deal. Once the driver arrived he was rude & wouldn't address me directly, he would only address my male friend who was with me. The distance for lawn carry was 253 ft (they decided to measure from the street rather than from the sidewalk) they wanted $300. All we had in cash was $225. Immediately the driver argued & stated that there was no question he needed $300 & that if not received, he would get in trouble with the company. He did not allow us to talk & would not listen. I repeated what the company & dispatcher had said & he dismissed everything & kept saying no that is not right I will get in trouble. I stated his dispatcher by name who said this & he straight up LIED TO MY FACE saying the person was NOT his dispatcher. FINALLY my male friend stated ok, go ahead & leave the stuff & we will carry it ourselves because $225 is all we have. The driver all of a sudden was able to take the $225. Also, the driver hit on me, & after they left, I realized 4 of my items (a comforter, 2 mirrors, & a painting) were MISSING. I phoned the company & they stated they could not do anything about this nor would they check their warehouse & that there was no way that it did not get on the truck. SO, I am out 1425, 4 items & a bad taste in my mouth. I'm sure they do fine on local moves since the men that moved my stuff from Dallas were GREAT, but the reps for the cross country were terrible & instead of trying to make it right the company defends them & leaves you unsatisfied.

UPDATE:

small world did contact me after this review and offered to help get my items. they were able to locate the mirrors which had been mistakenly given to other customers. the last thing to find was my comforter. I was in communication with one of the people from the office and after they had tried to find the comforter they resolved it with paying to replace it. We agreed on a set price that seemed fair (according to what the value of the comforter in ordinance with their policies) and I was just happy to get everything finally resolved and taken care of.

Without furniture protection – Despite furniture protection is listed on the contract, it was not used and as a result we had a sofa frame broken and leather bed headboard scratched. Washer/Dryer un-installation/installation is included in the price however the movers did not have available tools to do it for our move, we had to borrow tools from a friend for them to be able to do their job.

During the claim regarding the damaged items, the representative told me sometimes they use and sometimes they don't use furniture protection despite it is listed on the contract and that is very hard to discuss about once we do not have how to proof they did not use, hard to hear that. So pay attention on all items listed on the contract and watch their job all the time
