Stay away! BBQ is insulting. Zero quality, taste like some garbage you will get in Missouri.

Don't bother spending your money!!! – OK. I admit I went because of the Dady bros reputation. I live near their Tre Trattoria... I've been looking for bbq since I moved to SA and haven't found IT and this was my final hope. (Yes, I've tried Rudy's) Two Bros was horribly disappointing. The ONLY thing good was there the BEANS! They were yummy. The brisket was OK. The ribs were pretty flavorless. The chopped beef was too saucy and there were too many undesireable cuts. The pork butt was OK. The Kool-Aid even sucked... watered down, tasteless. WTF. Then the potato salad that looked good only tasted fair. The cole slaw was (as written about earlier) weird... cut cabbage with vinegar. That is all I could taste. It was like raw sauerkraut, not coleslaw. The mozarella "logs" were huge but they weren't cooked - semi warm sticks don't taste good. And make sure you pass on the jalepenos wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream chesse. They were not tastey at all - bacon underdone, cheese not that hot and the peppers were totally crunchy. They could have been cooked more and served hot. I entertained there tonight and had to take my guests elsewhere for something to eat - after spending $75... not a pleasure at all.

Laid back BBQ place; meat is ordered by the 1/4 lb & served on waxed butcher paper with white bread slices. We had the brisket which is very good, so is the potato salad. The cole slaw was advertized as tangy but was just weird...cabbage was cut in long, wide strips (should be shredded or grated) & had a rather tasteless dressing. Service was very good & attentive. We'll go back to try other meats.
