don't waste your money on their horrible work! i unfortunately got my quince photos, albums, and video here. they had me running around from long beach to hp, just so in the end they could tell me they're going to drop it off at my house. now all we can do is wait & see if i recieve a package tomarrow at my door step. and did i mention they have a horrible attitude & are huge liars? don't even waste your time or breath at this place. don't associate with hypocrites! save yourself some trouble.
Tuxedos are disgusting! – Do not have business with this Shop! My son was Chambelan de Honor and unfortunately the Quinceanera decided to do business with them.
We went to get measurements for the tuxedo 2 weeks before the party, I warned the shop that I didn't want my son's pants to be to baggy since he is short, they told me that they would make sure it didn't happen and that was the reason they needed measurements.
The day I picked up the suit, they didn't have the shoes and the shirt, my son tried on the jacket and it was super small, the girl gave my son a jacket from a pile and told him to try it on, it was big on the arm length so she told me that she would make alterations to it to change the length of it, the button was also missing, she told me that she would put it on. I already knew something was wrong because the jacket looked disgusting on him, but there was nothing I could do since the party was 2 days away, the pants where huge on the legs, they were really baggy it was a size 27! My son is skinny. I told the girl that I thought the suit was disgusting, it looked really bad, my son looked like a homeless kid with a suit, the black color on the suit was faded. Anyways there was nothing I could do the Quinceanera picked up the suit the next day.
The day I dropped it off, we noticed that the button was missing, the same button that was missing from the start, and there was a small rip next to the pockets, she told me that I had damaged it and that I had to pay her $60 to replace!!! the suit was probably about 5 years old and she wanted me to pay for a brand new jacket! The rip was normal wear and tear!
I told her she was crazy, she already had $85 from the suit rental and she wanted $60 more, I could have bought a brand new suit from the start! I told her I wasn't paying for it and that I was taking pictures of the suit and if she wanted to sue me to go ahead, that is when she snatched the suit from my arms and leaves running to the back!!!
Do not rent tuxedos from this place, they are old and worn, the shoes were a joke! You are waaaaaay better off just having your chambelanes purchase a brand new suit at Mens Wearhouse for around the same price! A teenager should have a suit in his closet anyways!
Your dress might be beautiful but your chambelanes are going to look like homeless kids with suits!
