Avoid Avoid Avoid. The above review should have been a 1 star review. I think the poster messed up. But she nailed it on the head. A real crap hole. Son (Ben) and partner (John) are real scum bags! They ripped off the father in-law, Bens wife Janet, her Father. What a scum bag thing to do.

Ben himself is nothing more than a DO IT MY WAY, I AM GOD, I AM RIGHT, YOU ARE WRONG, MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT BUT YOU CANT, KID HATING punk!

The people that live there are mostly jerks to. The ones from when it was a nudist/swingers place. They are very bitter and nasty to anyone and everyone that moves in. They blame them for all their ill's. The place is in a flood plane. Water cuts through it during the rains and the roads wash out leaving some stranded.

This is not a good place to invest in ownership. Nor would I move and RV in there no matter how cheap. You will be treated like scum. In Bens own words, "My home owners are better than you, you have no rights, Its their home not yours."

Son in-law forclosed on father in-law. No longer Swallows Sun Island a nudest resort.

Now a rustic RV and some mobile home park.

List's many amenities, fact is most everything has been removed or shut down.

The pool is not heated and the jucuzzi is a bath for persons that live in RV's due to the lack of a septic system for RV spaces.

No kitchen no sauna and tennis court has uneven surface.

dirt road and owner uses blower to blow sycamore leaves and dust on a regular bases, so gota keep windows closed. When trash trucks go through this also creates alot of dust.

Construction will go on here for years to come as this last two years have been busy with nothing to show for it.

All in all it is a nice place to leave and a long drive to get to, with no reason to be here.

Bathroom for RV's has fifty year old outdoor showers and toilets are dirty most the time, also fifty years old.

As for the three other bathrooms mentioned in add they do not exist.

Laundry machines are expensive.

South east end is undeveloped and has homes being placed with no gas, cable or telephone.

Wifi offered is only next to front gate office.

Maintenance persons are working with no employee status ( under the table ).
