are the hours right? – Maybe, they just choose not to answer the phone. They also choose to skip over me, a patient who is there because dealing with the medical system, full of disrespectful doctors, dumb as brick staff, etc. And take some lady who's there early for her appt. All because i'm filling out paperwork a doctor never reads. Then i tell him i can't handle antidepressants, get prescribed one being told it was to help me sleep. Worst 2 days of my life maybe.
I was right. They're open but really choose not to answer the phone. Not like i'm starved of sleep or crawling in my own skin or anything. I'm getting so fed up with the non-sensible way that medical staffs are run. if only i could find that awful chirpractor on this site, he's too scared for opinions.
If you need refills, just give up – don't even bother calling if you have a problem with your medications. you will be transferred around and around and never actually speak to anyone until you go to your next appointment and you've been out of medication for a month. these people suck nuts.
Lifesaver – I have been a patient at Triad Psychiatric Counseling for over ten years. They have literally saved my life on two separate occasions and supportive in the extreme during the interim periods. Dr Reddy provide sound advise as does Cathy Showfety. This "Team" works well for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
As others have said, supportive staff, a doctor and therapist who work closely to provide the unique care that I require. I really can't say enough good things about this practice.
Highly Recommended – My experience is with Dr. Reddy and Lisa Poulos. Both are fabulous. Have treated my daughter and me for ADD. No problems with staff or with access.
Worst Psychiatric Clinic Ever Been To. – As for the other reviews, Stephanie Riddle is no longer with the practice and this is a bad thing (she was very good).
Wow, don't know where to begin. You can't get through on the phone. You can leave a message and your lucky if they call you back by the next day.
The Pharmacist there has a very, very bad attitude....for no apparent reason.
My best advice is to stay away and do as I'm doing, find another Psychiatric and Counseling Center.
stephanie riddle – Stephanie Riddle is a caring professional and a leader in her field..She literally saved my life..
I highly reccomend her...5 star passion for her field..
psychiatric care – the nurse practitioner took very good care of me. Dr. Keshavpal gave me the exact medicines I needed, I was feeling much better after a couple of weeks. The counselor sessions were really helpful too. They are on all the insurance panels so they are in network for mine too.
medicare – very helpful nurses. Extremely good care. The medications given were very effective
