Dont waste your time or money here Go to Chicago's Pizza on Blanco Road instead. Kennedy's has horrible customer service! We wanted to try a new Chicago pizza place close to home WHen we ordered we were asked by Rachel if we were sure we wanted to order such a large pizza because she didnt think we could finish it Really? How does she know what we can and can't finish. Our plans were to have leftovers the following night. But that was really none of her business. We waited an hour for our deep dish pizza and were excited to dig in. We went to the utensil station to get our forks, but they were out of them. Had my son ask for some at the counter. He was told they would get the forks out in a bit. Waited 10 minutes and still no forks. I went up to the counter to ask for some forks and was told by Rachel that "I needed to chill" and that they didn't have any clean ones and that they would be out as soon as they were clean. We ended up having to take our pizza home so we could eat our pizza. I asked to talk to the manager, but told he wasn't there. Left my number so that he could call me. I never received a call back. I called back 3 days later and again, no manager was available. Left my number again and have yet to get a call back. It's been 3 weeks.
Pizza was nothing but thick, chewy piece of bread with a thin layer of cheese and sauce. Just horrible for the amount of money spent. Will not recommend and will never go back! We will stick to what we know is good: Chicago's Pizza on Blanco
If you do end up having to go there, make sure you have someone other than Rachel help you. She has NO social skills! I wonder what possessed anyone to hire her.
All right food, good service. – Good pizze, though we felt as though it needed a little more sauce. We ordered both a deep dish and a thin crust. Me personally I preferred their thin crust, probably due to the lack of sauce on the deep dish.
The staff was pretty good. When getting a to go box I wasn't noticed at first until the owner called for someone to come straight to the counter. Their soda machine was a little out of whack but they were working on it right then and there.
All in all we will probably try the place one more time and see if it becomes a regular place, but I'm not sure yet.
