Terrible customer service – From out of town and called to see if they delivered. Was told they did and we called back to place our order and then was told that they were not delivering that evening. No one, including the 'manager', was concerned at all about us being disappointed and we were . Since, I have heard from locals that their customer service is never decent. Our order was about $90 - know of a lot of restaurants that would never turn down a $90 order!!
Pastabilities is always possible! – I absolutely Love pastabilities! The food is amaizing, extremely affordable and so chic! It's sassy, just like me. It reminds me of places in the Village in NYC. I love the live music when they have it. What I love most about Pastabilites...it's ALWAYS a possibility! I can go there with a girlfriend for lunch and my boyfriend for a romantic dinner and not leave broke.
Count on Pastabilities for great food (quick) and great value. – Pastabilities has been an installation in Greensboro since its creation in 1995. Locally owned and operated, this business has been a favorite and weekly stop for hundreds since its opening. Don't let the name fool you, they offer a lot more than gourment pasta combinations and a "build-your-own pasta" menu--great and interesting salads, roll-ups and sandwiches, and a variety of soup, salad and entree specials that only a local business (not a chain) could put together.
If you enjoy pasta and other Italian and American traditional favorites, this place is certainly worth a try. Be wary of any reviewer that says otherwise; few restaurants have as much unanimous good favor in a community. This business also caters hundreds of events/meetings yearly; call if your office or event is in need of catering. Also, if you didn't know, the website (with menu, directions, etc) is the same as the phone number: 2pasta3 a dotcom or (336) 2-PASTA-3.
Great food, fun atmosphere – I really enjoyed eating at Pastabillites. It was a little crowded but the food was great and the service was friendly. I have to admit that the service was slow the night I went but I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and would recommend it greatly for a romantic dinning experience.
subpar entrees – While the wine, bread and soup were very appetizing, the pasta dishes were lukewarm and tasteless. While the prices were very low it became horribly appearant why the pasta was so cheap. I certainly hope that this restaurant can be salvaged as there were definite "possibilities" for improvement.
