I can't believe that my flowers were delivered in 3hours from the time I ordered them. They advertise same day delivery, but 3 hours! Perfect.

I ordered flowers 2 day before delivery date. Received an email after 8pm on the delivery date, that order was not delivered. Tried calling, and it took 4 phone calls to finally get a live person. and that was only because i called the Place an order #. Extremely rude customer service. Sent 3 emails that were returned undeliverable.

In 30 years of using FTD, i have never had an order not delivered, with no reason. This florist is a piece of S**T, and i would not use them for anything. A terrible reflection on Michigan. Like the economy is sooo good that you can afford to do business this way.

If you ever need flowers, I ABSOLUTELY would say to try them, they are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service is excellent and they have a large selection of any kind of flowers you are looking for.

My flowers showed up two days late and I paid 70 bucks for something that looked like it was worth 20! could have gotten a better arrangement from Kroger, and then when I called to complain I got stuck waiting on hold for some call center. Once I finally got someone on the phone they refused to let me talk to a manager. Ending result UNSATISFIED. They would't do anything to compensate for there mistake! Theses flowers were for my grandma thank you Wesley Berry for the humiliation!

Unbielievable. The flowers at this shop is unbielievble they have so many and the people there are so nice, they helped me pcik just the right flowers.

Fresh. I stopped at Kroger on Pontiac Trail on Sunday to pick up flowers, but they didn't look too good, so I continued on my way to Huron Valley Hospital and was Wesley Berry on Haggerty. Their flowers looked fresh, but I decided on a Mum Plant, because it looked so fallish. It was yellow and red and cheered up the room and my friend.

American Flag. Wesley Berry made me a beautiful flag in re, white and blue flowers in rememberance of 9/11. It was beautiful. Great Job Wesley Berry

Enjoyed my Visit. On my way to visit a friend at Huron Valley Hospital I stopped at Wesley Berry Florist on Haggerty. It is a very nice shop, I saw a beautiful orchid plant that I knew my friend would love. I was right, she loved it and we had a great visit, I hope she gets better soon.

Great Selection of Roses. My girl loves roses all colors. I never saw so many different colors of roses in one place. They have 20 or more colors. I took a dozen with 12 different colors. She loved them!
