You should see this place when you walk in, it is just lovely. I feel it is a perfect fit for our mother. The way the facility is wonderfully decorated. So far everything here has gone much better for her over the previous place she was. They are a little more money but she gets far more out of it.

So far I feel that the care Waterford Oaks has provided for my mother in law has been fair. The staff is always there and readily available, are easy to get a hold of. I live a couple hours away so it is comforting to know that she is really well taken care of here.

The owner of this business cares about the bottom line ONLY. She does not care about her residents or her employees. The employees go above and beyond, but are paid minimal pay without raises or bonuses that are promised to them when hired. They have a high turn over rate. Family members are told things are available that are not for their loved ones. I do not want my elderly love one in a facility that the people who spend all the time with him and providing ALL care (housekeeping, cooking, medical, etc.) to be disenchanted, and bullied by their boss. Additionally, I do not want my elderly love one in a facility that makes employees come in on the same day that their grandmother, brother or other loved ones passed away. And it has happened more than once.

My mother loves watching tennis so the staff here is really good and they make sure that she can watch tennis all of the time. It is a very clean and well maintained place and I find it to be very comfortable for her here.

The previous assisted living facility my father was in almost killed him. They treated him horribly and that how be came to know about Waterford Oaks. At Waterford Oaks, they took the time to need my father's needs. They provided excellent care, and as a family, we didn't experience any problems with them. If we had any questions, they answered them right away. They genuinely cared about him, and that's why I would highly recommend them to any loved on that is in need of assisted living.
