Fun Girl Time!! – I took my daughter to a birthday party there and I thought the service was exceptional!! Its a party place for girls, so of course they aren't going to get the same type of mani or pedi as an adult would. The staff soaked their hands and feet and let them pick out different flavored fizzies to put in their water. The facials that they received were very pampering. They use the organic kids products which i was familiar with and they even sell it in their retail. I bought some for my daughter! Overall, I say this is something that every little girl would LOVE! I was very impressed with the spa as a whole. (adorable idea)

how bad? – I also went to simply sassy and the service was great I don't feel any need on why the nail techs would go in detail with a childs pedi or mani (soak and lotion) I mean how bad are the childrens hands and toes that they would need nippers ect.?

Don't Bother/Winston Salem Location – My daughter attended a friend's birthday there, and I was disappointed in the services the girls received. First, the place was a absolute mess. The girls were getting manicures, pedicures and facials. The pedicure consisted in them putting their feet in a bowl of water for 1 min and having lotion rubbed on the top of their feet, half the girls did not even have all the lotion rubbed in. Then like a assembly line the toenails were painted. Next to the manicure, same thing, they stuck their hands in a small bowl, then assembly line painting. Facials? The "mask" was applied like war paint. Swipe, swipe, swipe. 1/8 of their faces were covered. Then cucumbers and a warm towel placed on the face. Everyone still had the mask left on their face AFTER the lady wiped it off. Now off to the "party" room, again, very unclean and very tiny. Our hostess kept forgetting who the "birthday" girl was, which was annoying to me and it was not even my child. This party cost a fortune, and the quality of the services were beyond poor. Again, I did not pay for this party, however I feel terrible for the parents. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The kids had a great time, but they do not know what a actual pedicure, etc is. The price of the services and the quality of the services are very unbalanced. Just wanted to let everyone know, so they were not ripped off, like these parents were.
