Simply go somewhere else – We went on a spouse group date, weekend $20 all you can eat. One of our couples loved it so we gave it a chance. It seemed so exciting at first! Circle which ones you want and they keep coming? The rolls were blah but we were having fun with each other. But, it seems after the 3rd roll, they come back to your table less and less. So for an all you can eat special, we sat there for moments with nothing to eat. Then the waitress finally came and picked up our last order ticket. We sat...and sat....and sat....Finally we flagged someone down and their response was-word for word- "Oh, you really wanted that one?" We said, "Um, yes. That's why we ordered it." 15 minutes later we still had no roll. It became a matter of principle! Then finally the twirp that was at the front desk said "Can you guys leave? We need your table." We were so furious! Of course they built a tip into the ticket because there were 8 of us. If they hadn't we wouldn't have tipped at all, and I've never done that in my life. Long story short: All you can eat anything is not worth the frustration of being a patron of this restaurant. Try Happy Hour days at Ichiban Sushi or Benihana 1/2 off on Thursdays. You won't regret that, but you'll wish you had your stomach space and time back if you go to Simply Sushi!

Not to recommend! – I was there first time and we ordered to go,so that was outside in our vehicle and food was not bad at all.Second time,we went inside and I do not know what to start with, but I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.While we went there second time,Guys next table were bussine men and one of them japanise fellow, who called waiters and asked her how old id that fish on his plate and told her that is old and has changed its color, she took a plate and did not say a thing. She returned and just dropped it in front man.He said to his friend, lets go Im embarassed they serve My country food here like this and old.Service is horrific unpleasant and they tried to intentionaly overcharge me.That second time menager was there and he was mad but did not try to return those two guys.AVOID a place.

Best Bang for Your Buck – Simply Sushi is very reasonably priced for what you get. The fish is high quality, and, if you do the all you can eat, you get to try a large selection for the price of one roll.

Of course there are rules. If they allowed people to order tons of rolls and just eat the fish, they would be out a lot of money, as that is the most expensive part. Why, New Ex-Customer, would you allow a waiter to make a choice for you and then whine about it because you didn't like it? It states clearly on the menu that this is not like Chuck-a-rama; you have to pay for the food that you don't eat. The supplies to make sushi are expensive, man! It's not like crappy jello and bacon bits you get at Upchuck!

Today was ny first time at Simply Sushi, and that was terrib – Today was my first (and last!) time at Simply Sushi, and that was terrible. The waiter asked us (my wife and I if that was our first time there, and after we've confirmed that it was, he just "highly suggest" some changes in our order sayind that "was too much food". Ok, we ended up eating some "suggested" things and when we asked for another things ... SURPRISE ... we were not allowed to order. The place has a rule that "you must eat all the rice they bring" (actually, they have more rules there than I have when I was a missionary). I just toke off the exciding rice, and just that was enough to fill out two Misu Soup containers!!! I didn't eat a single thing without (enough) rice, but still I "broke the rules"!!! Well, he knew it that that was my first time there (and they could and should talk about "the rules" - ridiculous), and he basically changed my order. What I place to pay almost $40 for (a lot of) rice, a coke ... and, ah, a little bit of ... tuna!!!!

Wonderful people, Wonderful food, Wonderful place – I don't know what kind of sticks the other reviewers of this restaurant have lodged firmly up their rear-ends, but my partner and I found Simply Sushi to be nothing short of an enjoyable experience, both in food and in service interactions.

Seriously people. Where do you eat your sushi? The Ritz?

Its ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT sushi for $20 (dinner)! In my opinion, that is an excellent deal! Oh and I don't know what people are fussing about with the owner being rude. He is a really nice and funny guy if you actually talk to him.

And to the people complaining about the gift card....really? You're going to write this place off as bad because they wouldn't give you $5 (which you technically never paid in the first place) because you were too cheap to tip your waiter? Hmm....I don't think its the restaurant that ends up looking like cheapos here.

P.S. The Florida handroll rocks.

Not Worth It – I have been there twice and the first time it was okay. We sat at the bar and the service was really fast and the sushi wasn't too bad for being an all-you-can-eat, so we went back again. This time we sat at the bar in front of the head chef and owner. He was rude, and as we ordered more sushi he was putting more and more rice in the rolls and less fish. I was VERY disappointed and decided I will never go back because Nagoya is WAY better. I don't think I will ever go to an all-you-can-eat sushi place again.

medicore food, horrible service – We went on a double date to this place and we will never go back. Our waiter just assumed we would get the all-you-can-eat and brought us the soup that goes with it. We said we just wanted to order Ala carte and he acted really offended and we said we would pay for the soup anyways. We ordered a ragoon roll, and acted like we didn't know what we were ordering. Basically the entirely meal he was standofish and rude, and checked on us maybe once. My friend had two $25 gift certificates and our bill was 45.67. We did not want to tip our crappy waiter so we wanted our $4.00 bacik. They wouldn't give it to us! They said there was no way to and we fought them for it so the manager came out and said they were buy one get one free gift certificates anyway so its not like it matttered. Um hello they were Christmas gifts? They wouldn't give us it back so we're NEVER going back. Ohbtw our waiter never checked on us because he was doing his side duties to the area around us, making us feel rushed, even though they didn't close for an hour and half. DON"T GO HERE SHOGUN IS WAY BETTER!

BAD service – Went into this place like half hour to closing time, but the server treated us like we had five minutes to order. At one point in time the server had completely forgotten we were there, he forgot to bring out part of our order, he never came to check on us or how our food was. At any rate, because he forgot about us we only got to order a few rolls in total, so not worth the $80 we dropped. Food was alright. Ah Sushi is wayyyy better!
