I have purchased 6 or 7 new vehicles so far in my lifetime, so you can imagine that I have dealt with a variety of dealerships with varying degrees of customer service and over experience. I can honestly say that my overall buying experience at Sport Durst, particularly with AJ, Jack, Bruce, and Ji, was superb. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. I was quickly and professionally assisted with determining my car buying wants and needs from a group of very knowledgeable, extremely passionate guys. I have very good credit, so my deal was made, processed, and finalized in just a few short hours. This was still very surprising to me, as I have worked with other dealerships in the past whereby I was made to wait for hours and hours only to be repeatedly disappointed and frustrated with inadequate or unfair offers. I left that afternoon extremely satisfied and have ALREADY recommended Sport Durst to several of my friends!

Glenn used zero pressure and full accommodation of my needs to help me acquire my vehicle. As a result of his intelligence and demeanor, there were no surprises, no headaches, and only smooth sailing. He is most likely the most professional and capable salesman I have purchased from in the auto industry. If you can, ask for him in advance of going to any dealership. Glenn and his team, Scott & Nicholas, are quite unlike the predictable and annoying people you often encounter when buying a car. They will give you the right experience. Thank you.

I originally came to this dealership with low expectations of leaving with a car, but this team was of great help in helping me to purchase one. The whole experience was one filled with patience and kindness. Everyone had very friendly demeanor, and were the antithesis of what I have come to expect when visiting a car dealership. I never felt pressured to purchase an automobile; the whole experience was pressure and stress free. From the salesman to the finance manager to the delivery coordinator, everyone was very patient and understand and helpful. I especially want to show my gratitude for Wesley; he was very professional, friendly, and completely engaged throughout the whole process. I constantly apologized for not being very organized and for the process taking longer than usual, but he was very reassuring. I had a great time talking with him and the insurance agent (T. Neptune) while I waited for what seemed like days for the financing to go through (the bank had to make sure all of their T's were crossed and I's were dotted. I would recommend this place to any family member, friend, and random stranger interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I have purchased 4 used cars in my life. Two from Carmax, one from University Ford and one from Rick Hendrick. Every time I have had horrible experiences. I always leave the dealership exhausted and feeling as if the car dealer got over on me. Yesterday I purchased my first new car. The experience was wonderful. My salesman was Donald McClam. Don was very straight forward with me. He knew my budget and didn't try to convince me to buy a more expensive car. I test drove the Dodge Avenger and felt like I was in the type of car that was made for me. Scott Hooper was my finance manager. The first financial institution wanted to give me an 18% interest rate with a $450 car payment. Scott pushed for a $407 car payment. I signed the papers and prepared to pickup my car the next day. When I arrived Scott told me he had found a better deal for me. I now had a car loan for 8% with a $350 car payment. It took everything in me not to cry. Scott went above and beyond. I had already signed the papers the day before. Scott didn't have to keep fighting for me. I was blown away. My delivery coordinators were Rashawn Bass and Brandy Rhanes. They were like the icing on the cake. Both of them made sure I understood the benefits of owning a Chrysler group vehicle. Rashawn talked to me about my free road side assistance and free oil changes. Brandy made sure I didn't kill myself in my new car. She showed me how to turn the head lights on, change the radio from the steering wheel and cruise control. I know that sounds simple but I'm more of a rider than a driver. By the time I left Sport Durst I felt like royalty.

When i first arrived to the Dealership after seeing the commercial i basically decided to take a chance and see if they could do something for me. I was looking for a vehicle that could save me money because of gas prices. After they took the time to look into my case thoroughly. i was intending to get out of the bad deal i had with my Chevrolet Trailblazer from a upstate New York Dealer. Instead of making things worst for me by taking my truck as a trade in Dennis, Bryce, and Rashawn did one better. These guys told me that they wouldn't put me in that type of situation. Instead these guys got me a new car loan with a very low APR and got me into a brand new DODGE AVENGER 2013. My over all experience was excellent even if i left to another state i will suggest them to any and everyone that would like to purchase a vehicle. Of course when i purchase any vehicle in the future no matter where i am i will still buy from these guys hands down.
