I mean it when I give Henry Day Ford the highest rating. With my car's transmission failing, I was in urgent need of a quality car. Other dealerships seeing my dilemma seemed to want to rush me into a car that I didn't even want for too much money. I wandered into Henry Day Ford on a whim and was greeted by Darrell Frank. I told him my situation and he walked me through a process that made sense. After looking at a car I actually wanted to buy, Darrell and crew worked on getting me the best financing for my circumstances. It was refreshing to talk to someone that really had my best interest in mind. I purchased a car I love, at a fair price. My buying experience was handled professionally without any gimmicks. I will definitely recommend Darrell Frank and Henry Day Ford to anyone looking to make a car purchase.
The oil change lane representatives seem to be professional and love their jobs. The oil change process does take longer than expected on average.
Feras was great! I didn't feel pressured into getting something. He got me a great deal on the car I loved! I will recommend this dealership and Feras specifically to all my friends and family looking for a new car!

I had a great experience at Henry Day Ford. I worked with Kelly and Michael and they were very helpful. I would absolutely refer my friends and coworkers to them. They were knowledgable but never pushy. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to make sure we got the car we really wanted in our price range. Julio in the finance department was also very helpful and professional as he explained our financing options.
Roy is very very accomodating. He does not make you feel uncomfortable or that he is hurrying you for a sale. We came in with a car in mind, my son couldn't fit to drive in it. While we were driving, and Roy let us go alone, he was pulling up the details of the deal on his computer. We came in and said sorry won't work, he cheerfully said ok lets walk around and find something else. We decided to look at trucks and he walked around the whole lot unlocking every truck we wanted. We took the truck for a ride andhe stayed behind doing the paper work again, and we came in the office area to sign on and found a car in the store that worked perfect. So we started over again and we did buy this one. We also had a trade in that was valued and the next day he found a better price for us and gave us more money. Now who does that!!!! No car dealership or salesman that I know of. We have purchased five cars there in 13 months and it is because of Ford's great product and because of Roy and his partner Hawk being exceptional salesman.!!!
Roy is a great person to work with and was very helpful in finding the right car for me and my wife. He did not pressure us into buying anything in order for him to secure the sale. He was more worried about what we wanted and what we coudl afford and would work for our family.
I love my new truck and I am glad that the guys at Henry Day helped to get me find it.
These guys did a tremendous job finding me the vehicle that I was looking for and went above and beyond what I had expected from a dealership.
