Great staff and great cars. I got a Mustang from there and it runs fantastic and looks great. The girls in office are always friendly when I talk to them. As soon as they get a Camaro in stock, I'll be buying another car from them. Special thanks to Dee for all her help!

I bought a Ford F150 from Wendell Auto Brokers in October. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. They have a great selection of high quality cars and trucks and offer financing to people like me who would never be able to get financed at a bank. The staff was very helpful and friendly and have been great since I bought the truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has less than perfect credit but needs a good vehicle. The prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of warranties for unexpected issues. I will buy my next car or truck from them.
I bought a Dodge Neon from WAB and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions they have a lot of nice cars at great prices I had a hard time choosing but I've always wanted a neon so thats what I got. I've been very happy with my car.
Great Cars, Phony Staff – You know, when I first went to this car lot, I was super impressed. Everyone smiled, they helped us find what we were looking for. It was a wonderful atmosphere to be in.
And then my mother who works at the DMV told us to make sure that we got copies of anything we signed including our MVR1 and MVR2, which was to insure that we are protected and have all of our paperwork on file. When my fiance went up there to get, they flat out told him no. He wanted a copy of those so that he could pick up his license plate instead of going through them. My mom got on the phone with them and the story changed. Suddenly they had no problem giving him what he asked for.
And then two days later they called him and told him his plate was up there, he needed to come and pay the fee's so that he could get it. Apparently they didn't want to miss an opportunity to make that extra pocket money. Fine, whatever. He went up there today to get his plate and said he still wanted a copy of his MVR1 and MVR2 for his records, to which the woman who gave it to him was EXTREMELY rude. She told him she'd never had to go through so much "sh*t" in her life, and that she wasn't a liar. She then turned around and stormed off.
When I found this out, I called up there and asked to speak to a manager. She was the one who answered the phone. She refused to let me speak to someone above her, and told me that she wasn't rude to my fiance. She pretty much sat there and called him a liar. She tells me this, while being extremely rude to me! And yet she wants me to BELIEVE that she wasn't rude to him?
They're all smiles when you have that wad of cash in your hand to get a vehicle, but once you ask for copies of paperwork that you are legally allowed too (and supposed too) obtain, they act like you're doing them a big injustice. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in their quality of customer service.
