Beautiful New Office – I've been coming her for the past 5 years. Was there yesterday at their new location. What a beautiful new office, so big and the selections are fantastic. Had to wait a little longer than usual since the office was so busy during their anniversary sale. I don't mind the wait since I save almost 50% on my new frames each year.
If you're going to come during their anniversary sales suggest you call to make an appointment so that you don't have to wait. I don't mind waiting since I take the opportunity to browse their big selection of frames. By the time I'm done browsing they called my name.
During the sales a little bit hectic and a lot of people but over all the experience is awesome. I will continue to come back to get the big savings. Oh, you're also entered to win and get some lunch voucher as well :-)!
Awesome Doctors! – My Doctor was so fun to talk to and made my visit truly memorable. Keep up the good work!
Great Doctors and Service! – I was their during their anniversary sale this week and the office was extremely busy. I can tell there were some new staffs and they needed some additional training. I didn't have an appointment and they took me in as a walk-in. I had to wait until a Doctor was available as the other patients had an appointment so that was completely understandable. The Doctor was awesome as she took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. It was well worth the wait. They have the biggest selection of frames and during their anniversary sale I received 50% discount on my Ray Ban frame. Over all the experience was great.
Not A Service Place – A Disaster:
Not a recomended place. Too much headache. They're not organized regardless for how long and when. They are under construction now, and the service is worst than ever. When I call to check for the status of insurance check, or when is the glasses will come, they always have an excuse and said they'll call back, but they never did. I always have to call back and ask. For the same reason, I have to call for 4 times. This is impossible. I hope the management can be better in order to do service.
If you are asking about the charges, they will answer with attitude. They don't want to discuss too detail. Don't know why...
Also, there is only one or two nice person there.

Too much headache – I and my family are patient there for years. And they can not remember me and can not find my chart each time we are there. I have to wait for so long for someone go and look for the charts. It is like a zoo.
