Great program !.
I recently completed the 6 week Total Body Transformation class with Sara at Sync Fitness and I have to say: IT TOTALLY ROCKED !!
I will admit, the first week darn near killed me, lol! But it got easier with each session and now I'm actually pushing myself on some of the exercises instead of just trying to make it through.
The program is a really fun way to get exercise and also helps you learn how to eat healthier (we eat pretty healthy to begin with, this program took it up a notch for sure) and learn to eat proper portion sizes. I have to say, I was worried that I would be hungry a lot, but found that I was almost never hungry except right before a meal, which is probably a good thing :D
So for the big news... I've lost 13 lbs. in 6 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the best part is, I know that with what I've learned from Sara, I will be able to continue on my own and get down to my ideal weight range.
During the program (and in her regular Boot Camp) Sara comes up with an amazing variety of exercises. I never felt bored or like we were just repeating the same 5 exercises, it was always fresh and fun!
All in all, this has been the best thing I've ever done for my health, I feel great and am really looking forward to continuing with Sara and doing some more Boot Camp!
