Horrible Travel Agency -- STAY AWAY – This tour company is a disgrace. The tour bus went from Orange County to Carthage Missouri for Marion Days. The bus was old and dirty. Before it even got out of LA one of the tires blew out. The bus drivers were downright mean and lazy. They locked the bathroom so they would not have to clean them. Imagine 50 elderly Vietnamese ladies riding that distance with the bathroom locked. Ten minutes after they started, the "tour guide" extorted a "tip for the drivers" out of the group. She insisted they each pay $3/day for the six days, up front. That was $800 extorted! This "tour guide" was worse than useless. She let the drivers treat the customers like dirt. Any complaint was either answered with "you don't like it, you can get out here" or "you don't like it, don't come back". It's hard to believe how terrible this trip was.
The bus was from a company called Red Star Charter based in Gardenia. Stay away from both of these companies for your own safety.
Cheating Agency – DO NOT get your tour here. They'll say ANYTHING to get you to buy their tour package. I felt so deceived by these people!
Does not fulfill their obligations as a travel agency. – Do not go to them to book anything. Our experience there was horrible. They did the whole "bait and switch" method most sneaky tour agencies use. They bait us with a good tour, make us pay, then switch the tour itinerary last minute without notifying us without giving us back any refunds!
We had to take time to take them to court. They lied in court which was extremely unprofessional of them, but in the end, we won.
In conclusion, they do a disturbingly poor job in trying to fulfill their obligation as a tour agency. They should get their license revoked.
Sells false tour packages – Do not use this travel agency. Before buying the tickets, we showed them the itinerary of another tour package that we did not want. They told us not to worry and that it was a completely different tour. So my friends and I purchased the tour to Mexico. On the day of the tour, we found out that they had sold us the package that we specifically told them that we did NOT want. Over the phone in Monterey Park, we called the tour agency thinking there was a misunderstanding. They said, "Sorry, please go on the tour anyways" and hung up on us, leaving us stranded at the tour corporate office. When we got back to Westminster, we demanded our money back (about $500), but they refused. We told them that we were going to take it to court, so we took it to court and we won. They even lied in court, so do not trust their words...
