The Best Yoga Studio.
The owner/directors/teachers are LONG term practioners (over 20 years) and have studied with the best. They are HIGHLY trained and know their subject inside and out. They are also top notch at therapuetic applications of yoga poses. Every class is different. No cookie cutter yoga here. Customized yoga for the individual.
The studio is bright and beautiful in a charming location at the base of Mt Si. They are so close to Issaquah, Bellevue, Sammamish, Redomond and Snoqualmie that many of their students come from these areas. Lots of local Snovalley people too!
Teenagers to seniors, families to individuals all flock to the great, individualized yoga instruction of the North Bend Yoga Shala.
