GREAT EXPERIENCE – I recieved your phone call the other day regading my feedback on my experience with your company. Here it is:

1) Your people. Every person we dealt with was an absolute pleasure. All had genuine smiles and appeared to enjoy their work. Vinny is a wealth of knowledge on pool chemistry & filtration, and Josh is a superb salesman. He was able to help us figure out exactly what we wanted in our pool and then translated that to the rest of the team for a beautiful end result. Both are a valuable asset to your organization.

2) All of our calls & emails were returned promptly. A huge plus !

3) Each step of the process was thoroughly explained....especially the 'ugly' phase after installation / before concrete.

4) The final product is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the pool. Vinny's (or was it Josh's?) reccomendation of cutting off the tile border on the river pebble liner worked out especially well. I actually had a few people ask if it was concrete or gunite.

All and all, we had a great experience, and have not hesitated to reccomend your company to our neighbors, several of which have seen our pool and decided to 'take the plunge' themselves.

I refer Rising Sun to everyone thinking about a pool – I wanted an inground pool, had gone to the 3 largest pool dealers for information, quotes and design. decided to go to a local brother operation in order to help our community..however at the last moment they backed out because of some issues with them. So I contacted Josh at rising and after speaking with Mike and Tara, they picked up where the other pool place left off, with a better design and more options. They came in and did a wonderful job installing the pool and we love our pool. We have had it for 2 full seasons and have always found rising sun and their employees to be very helpful. I can't praise Sadie at the garner location enough, she knows you when you walk in and has everything ready for you and then will call to follow up that it worked. Well Done Rising Sun, keep it up!

satisfied! – Hello Rising Sun Pools,

I wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how very impressed I am with both crews that showed up to start and complete our pool installation yesterday and today. Im certainly not an expert at construction, although I have performed as the general contractor for both houses we have built over the last several years. I know what it takes to coordinate projects and make sure that someone shows up to perform their job and perform it well.

Hugo and Dave were excellent to work with! Im sure that I was somewhat annoying since Ive been here both days and the majority of the time I was actually standing out there watching just about everything they were doing. I was fascinated by how everyone on the crew knew what they had to do to get the job done. Both Hugo and Dave answered any questions I had and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left the jobsite.

Please pass along my appreciation for the installation crew and also my appreciation for both of you working with us to get this taken care of so quickly and for answering all my questions.

superior knowledge – Superior pool knowledge and service than any other competitor in the local vicinity. I dropped in without notice to discuss my pool problems I was having due to a competitor's installers. The General Manager Scot was very friendly and honest with my situation. He shared his knowledge and gave me the name and number of his Installer whom he has used for 13 yrs.

Remember one thing folks, the pool is only part of the purchase, go with a company that uses good Installers!!!

Their inventory is huge and they're family owned and operated in 3 locations in the Triangle.

Always to Busy – Rising Sun Pools has good products and service when it's on their time. They are always too busy when you call for a question or advice and are told they will call you back and they never really do. I've gone in when they are not busy and it seems they are sometimes in a customer service mood and sometimes are not. I have started to frequent Leslie's Pool Supply and they have WAY better customer service.

Also, take note that Rising Sun will test your pool water " with purchase ". WOW, talk about saying " customer service when we make money" If they are always too busy then good luck, hopefully without my purchases and questions, and maybe others, they may not be TOO BUSY for others.

I truly hope that anyone reading this understands how busy we are this time of year & I am sorry you feel we were too busy to help you. The tests are very expensive and it's it the only way we can continue to provide them for free is to charge when customers buy their products elsewhere - we have not charged 1 person yet. Patience is the only thing we request of our customers and i am sorry we fell short of your expectations.

Buyer be very aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Truly the worst customer service and management of a company I have ever run into!!! They DO NOT stand behind their products at all. Will not return phone calls. It is as if they ignore your problem, you will get frustrated enough and go away. Horrible way to treat customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!!!!!

If you would like to explain more I will be happy to help you with your situation - we have never turned our back on an issue. If it's a manufacturers warranty than we may suggest you deal direct as many retailers do, but we will NEVER ignore an issue. This time of year is very hectic and it may take a few days to return a call BUT I will be happy to help you personally. You don't really give any information to go off of here. Tara

Truly the WORST pool experience EVER – Take heed, the WORST customer service ever. They'll gladly TAKE YOUR MONEY, but NOT stand behind their products. If I had only known what I know now...

Hopefully, others will now get the ROYAL SCREWING like we did :=(

excellent customer service! – Good morning,



Yesterday afternoon my wife got a call stating that your staff was able to work it out to install the slide on Saturday morning. My family and I greatly appreciate the effort that all involved at Rising Sun put in to try and help resolve the problem we had. Doing the install in the morning will be in plenty of time for a late afternoon party and again we appreciate the effort. I realize this is your busiest time and that it is not easy to change schedules. It is hard to find a company to work with on a project of this size these days that stand by their claim of “excellent customer service”, Rising Sun does that. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the entire project worked out and the attention to detail that was in the craftsmanship.

exceeded all expectaions – The concrete was finished yesterday , so pool is ready for liner installation , looking forward to hearing from you thank you , and thank you again for a wonderful job , I have a unique situation b/c this is my second pool installation in a span of 5 years and the first one was a nightmare , this one is as smooth as silk , like night and day , your buisness is a 10 , thank you so much , you have exceded all expectaions .
