Worst experience ever!!!!! The store owner had the audacity to kick me out o the store just because I was trying to demonstrate what was wrong with my vacuum!! When the store owner tells you "you can take your machine somewhere else", that just shows what type of incompetent people run this place. I contacted Dyson to let them know about an odd noise with a fairly new Dyson upright vacuum and they referred me to this (so called) business as one of their service stations. Even from my initial call the person on the phone was very unhelpful and interrupted me while trying to explain my situation. I took my Dyson vacuum in and again, a younger guy that seemed annoyed because I was there took the machine and told me they would call me back in about a week. They called back about a week later and mentioned there was nothing wrong with the machine. I came back to the store a few days later and told them I wanted to demonstrate to them what I was hearing. I started the vacuum and a couple of minutes later the owner approaches me with a very nasty attitude telling me they have fixed the machine and that if I didnt like I could take it somwhere else. This guy was a total a#%@$&* to say the least. How is this place still open?!?! I just wish Dyson would do a better job screening their service dealers where they are sending their customers to because I would of had never visited this place if it was not for them.
Incompetent service and a don't care attitude – We bought a new sewing machine from them in 2006 and immediately had a problem with it sometimes not running. We took it in for service and they said nothing was wrong. Took it back again months later for the same problem and they charged a service fee and still said nothing was wrong. Finally, 3 weeks ago an employee sat down with my wife and saw there was something wrong with the machine and button hole maker. Got a call last week telling us they could not fix it because they are no longer an Elna dealer. These people don't care about service and are completely dismissive about complaints. I recommend not buying anything from them.
Worst Place for Repairs – Bob told me my repair would cost $150.00 for my steam cleaner. Once I told him it was under warranty, he changed his story and said it was a different part and it was only $57.00. Then when I advised him it should be covered under warranty, he insisted it wasn't. I had to contact Hoover who contacted Bob directly and told him IT WAS COVERED. I finally picked up my steam cleaner 4 weeks later only to discover HE NEVER REPLACED THE PART HE CLAIMED WAS BROKEN!!! I just filed a report with the (City Search won't let me say who but it has 3 words and begins with a B, and ends with a B). Hoover is now sending me the part directly! These people are rip off artists! But I didn't let them get away with it! They got not a dime from me!
