It is too bad that sporteyes wasn't familiar with basic rules and terms (words) that are a part of the Amazon world. If you are selling on Amazon you know these things before any 3rd party integrator contacts you; whether it is eCatalog Services or any of their competitors. I recently received a proposal from them, and their contracts are fairly lengthy, including a list of terms that are in the agreement and there meanings. If sporteyes didn't take the time to actually read the document that is once again their issue. They only spent $1000 and are complaining? Try and gain their knowledge from another organization for that amount of money. I found talking with the sales people to be very informative and provided me with much insight into the workings of Amazon as well as other similar marketplaces. We will be contracting with them and are looking forward to relieving our already overburdened staff.

Misleading Sales Pitch--Buyer Beware. – I wouldn't say it is a scam but they have terrible customer service and they do a hard sales pitch without fully explaining that their service may not work for you. I found out the hard way. They make it sound like you'll be making tons of money selling on Amazon. A year later, my products just went live and I haven't seen a dime yet. Their contract is misleading and doesn't define what all their technical terms mean (i.e parent, child, orphan, etc.) So what I thought I was paying for, really wasn't and 3 months later had to re-vamp the contract to fit my actual product. What I was sold was for Orphans but my product has parent/child relationship. Who knew? Not any layman. But I think it is the job the salesperson selling the service to understand the client's product before drafting a contract, but that is just me. Biggest issue, lack of communication (took several emails to get a response on how far along were were in the process) and didn't tell me that since a lot of my products don't have UPC codes, I'd have to spend more money to buy them. Not once in the sales pitch was I informed that I would need UPC codes for my product to be listed. Don't use this company. You'll regret it. I finally got most of what I paid for (didn't want to pay extra for UPC codes so some products I paid for I had to eat since no UPCs for them) but still have yet to see a single sale after two weeks of the product being live on Amazon. I spent over $1000 and nothing to show for it really.
