The first experience was great. Returned with family last Sat. Don't sit near the kitchen or you can't carry on a conversation. Don't get anything with the mashed potatoes. No flavor and are gummy. Won't return!

Highest Standards - both food and service – I just met an old girlfriend here for lunch. When I asked the food server her name, she replied, "Kimberly, and what is your's?" No other food server has ever shown an interest in what my name might be. I ordered the Roasted Vegetable Couscous Salad. I was afraid the mint flavor might be too strong for me so the food server offered to bring me a sample first. I liked it, but asked her if the kitchen could heat the couscous for me. No problem. My girlfriend ordered the Hardwood Grilled Salad - Sirloin Steak version. She said she'd never tasted anything as delicious and questioned if the steak wasn't a Tenderloin rather than Sirloin. It was that good! After enjoying our meal, we lingered over our coffee. The owner, Dave Burnett, dropped by our table. He was mentored by none other than Bob Farrell. About a year and a half ago, he left the safety and security of working for a large restaurant corporation and struck out on his own. This is a restaurant is a reflection of his 27 yrs of experience. I am so glad we ate here today, and I plan to bring back my husband.

Exceptional Customer Service – I went to Oswego Grill for lunch yesterday with a friend. The service was great although it was really busy. Next time I will try the soup it looked great.

We both had a b-day 2 weeks ago and when the waiter overheard us talking the manager brought us a complimentary banana split in a gorgeous martini glass. Sweet!
