I decided to use APTC for my wedding invitations and RSVP cards. From day one they have been amazing. Excellent and prompt communication!! The only issue I had was the ink came out almost black vs the dark purple color I had wanted. I went up there 10 minutes till closing on a Friday afternoon to show them the invites. Chris fixed them immediately. I had expected it would be a couple of days but nope. They re-ran them and cut them for me right then and there. Excellent customer service for sure!!
We organize the Raleigh Walk in support of preventing cruelty to animals in downtown Raleigh. We asked 'A Place to Copy' to sponsor us. All they had to do was to make 25 copies; we asked for no money. The person at the desk (who was nice) said the owner would get back to us, and took down our contact info. The owner never did. Days later, we drove again to the store. The owner couldn't be bothered.
He showed his true colors.
I just think people should know that the owner is only interested in $$$ and not helping out with the community. I will not be giving them any of my business.
I recently submitted a huge project for my business through A Place to Copy's website. These guys were the best. Answered all my questions, timely price quotes and the presentation looked AMAZING! Thanks especially to Carl and Becky! I'll definitely be back.
Nice place, great prices – Used them about a dozen times, great service and prices.
I'm thinking that the negative reviews must be from a competitor, because I don't know what they heck they are talking about.
Supporting the Place to Copy – As any business they may have bad days, but they always there when I need them. Their prices and quality are the best in the area. The place the complainer according to - compare the prices!
I don't understand the negative comments .... – I don't understand the negative comments on this business. I have found A Place to Copy always eager to please, flexible and hard working. I have never had a problem with their work in terms of quality or timing. James and his staff have always been very pleasant. In the rare case of equipment failures they have worked the extra hours to make sure I had what I needed when I needed it.
I would highly recommend this business!!!
Only if I Were Forced at Gunpoint – This place is hands-down the worst copy place I've ever been to. I've used them for personal and business situations because I believe in giving every company more than one chance (there are always bad days) but never again will I go to A Place To Copy.
The people are extremely rude. I walked in, was the only customer there and there were 3 people working there - I waited for 15 minutes before I could get any of them to acknowledge that I was even there!
They never have your stuff ready on time - it's worse than pulling teeth to even get it done, on time is not even in the horizon of possible.
If you dont get hit with death rays from the lady that works there, the owner certainly will make sure you feel them before you leave. They take no responsibility on mistakes - waste of money.
Trust me, if you want to have something done correctly, on time, go anyplace else. I prefer Office Max at Triangle Town Center (Poyner Place), they have a really friendly staff and the copy center has never messed up anything I've ordered.
Extremely rude! – The last posting seems pretty accurate. You DO NOT tell your customers that you will have something prepared for them when you are going to be a week late with it!! When I called the owner, James, and tried to speak to him in a civil manner about the ongoing situation, he immediately told me that there had been NO problems. He could not just admit that I had to go through a lot of trouble 4 times in a row and apologize. Please do not depend on this company for any business needs. Maybe they cannot handle a lot at one time. Yes, their prices are reasonable, but there is always a reason for that.
Good prices, rude owner – Cannot depend on what they say. Never ready when they tell you.
