Leith Honda Negligent and Major Safety Issues – I had to have my back passenger door handle replaced on my Honda Accord. DO NOT ASSUME that Leith Honda will refasten/relatch your child car seats after taking them out, EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE THEY PUT THE CAR SEATS back IN THE SAME POSITION!! Both my children could have had serious injuries due to Leith's neglegance. I have two car seats in the back of the car, one infant seat holder for my 10 month old and one larger front facing seat for my 3 year old. After picking up my car from Leith Honda, I picked up my kids from daycare and put them in the back in their car seats (which were in the EXACT same position they always were. As soon as I got to the first stoplight and stopped, my 3 year old's went flying forward headfirst into my seat. She was startled and upset that her seat was moving. When I pulled over to the side of the road so my husband and I could inspect the carseat closer, I noticed upon closer inspection that the car seat had not been hooked back up again. My husband fixed this immediately. I had then asked him to check the infant car seat base holder as well. Even though the other back passenger door did not need to be fixed and I felt there would have been no need for Leith to take out the baby car seat, I am SO glad that I asked my husband to check. Again, Leith took out the baby carseat base and just put it back in the same postion WITHOUT readjusting the proper straps. We immediately went back to Leith Honda and talked with one of the service supervisors. The service advisor told us it is not their policy to relatch the car seats. My point to them was that NOONE told me (either verbally or in writing) that Leith does not put car seats back to their original LATCHED position. However, the service advisor from Leith told me verbally and in writing about all the non-essential repairs that they feel my car needs and that I did not ask for, yet they can't put down in writing or verbally tell me that they only put the car seats back in place but DO NOT reattach them. I told the service manager this is the type of neglegance that can cause fatal accidents. I told him that they need to have a policy to TELL PEOPLE that they do not rehook the car seat and not just put the car seat back in the same position without rehooking the seat. The average person would not look that closely since by "appearances" both seats were in their normal position. All I got back was that they would take my advice under consideration. I have no issues if they don't want to put the car seat back, but TELL THE CUSTOMER verbally and in writing. Don't just put the car seats in their original position without rehooking them and not tell anyone. I can not tell you how much my husband and I were P***** off at them. This is our kids safety we are talking about. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone since it is clear they take 0% of accountability and are not willing to work on improving their process. Even after talking with the General Manager, Todd Holmes, regarding this safety issue, Leith to this day refuses to change their policy. Leith Honda WILL NOT commit to notifying parents in writing and verbally telling them that they take out the car seats but only place them back into position WITHOUT attaching them. Leith does not care about the safety of your kids. If you take your car into Leith Honda you are putting your children's life at risk. It makes me wonder what other safety related issues they have that the consumer does not know about.
Best salesmen ever!!!! – My husband and I recently visited Leith Honda in search of the right SUV. We dealt with Nahru Williams. Right away, we recognized that Nahru had unlimited expertise with the SUV we were interested in. Jessie was also very informative and very helpful. Nahru truly went the extra mile to ensure we were very satisfied with our purchase and that the vehicle was EXACTLY like we wanted it to be. Both Nahru and Jessie practiced perfection, which truly stood out as excellent salesmen. Even our finance guy was awesome!! Nahru was very patient and understanding. He genuinely cares about his customers and making them happy. We are beyond happy with our new Honda Pilot and are very thankful for Nahru and his professionalism and expertise. If we are ever in the market for another vehicle, Leith Honda will be the first place we visit and we'll ask for Nahru! Thanks Nahru!! What a great experience you made this for us!!! :)
Rudest people ive ever met! – Took my car in 4 times for the same problem that they caused. Replaced speakers and they did not put the panel back on right. After 3 times of taking it back for them to fix, i have been called a liar that there is no problem. They told me they didnt have time to drive it again. Called the service manager and she was a complete bitch. No customer service skills what so ever! told me to say what i got to say so she can talk, had a very nasty attitude. i WILL NOT be bring my car back here for these rude ass people!
Leith Honda Raleigh, N.C. – My experience with Leith Honda on Capital Blvd. was a very pleasing experience. I had stopped in on August 13th looking possibly to trade in my Honda Accord. I was pleasently greeted by a salesman by the name of Marvin Camper. We did our introductions and spoke as to what I was in the market for. He patiently listened and took his time as we shopped the lot, agaIn shopping for my needs and wants not just any vehicle to put me in. Marvin was very knowledgeable on the type of vehicle I was looking for and shared that knowledge with me. Upon finding the vehicle that did fit my needs and wants, the next proccess of course probably the most stressful is the financing. It was a breeze. Marvin with his wonderful smile, was very patient and very detailed to avenues that could be taken. By saying that I did drive away with the vehicle that I had hoped for. I have to say that all salesmen greeted me with a smile and took the time to say more than just a hello. Hondas are rated a very high rating and Leith Honda with my experience would also be rated number one. Marvin Camper as long as he is employed with Leith Honda is not only my future salesman but is also now a friend. He has since followed up with me in regards to any questions or concerns I may have. Leith Honda was blessed when Marvin Camper walked thgrough the doors for employment.
I love my Odyssey – I purchased a new Odyssey last week from Leith Honda, and I received the best service ever. Rahim Farhane had helped me out through the purchased he explained all the features on the car and made this experience unforgetable. If anyone wants a good service and a good price go see Rahim at Leith Honda in Raleigh.
Best dealership in triangle – Rahim Farhane is a great salesman, he helepd me and my sister purchased the car i wanted, with his knowledge he showed us everything we need to know about the car. please ask for Rahim when you need a car in the area.
Nahru Williams - awesome salesman!! – Nahru Williams was an awesome salesman! He puts the customer first, even if it costs him a sale. He worked to get me the very best deal possible. Go see Nahru for your new Honda. He is very knowledgable on all the models. He is very easy to talk to and listens to what you want. I really enjoyed my experience at Leith Honda!
Go see Frank Malfara for your new Honda! – Frank Malfara was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. This is my fourth Honda and I recommend you go see Frank! He listened to me and was very patient while I debated between a Civic and a CRZ and then between white and blue..Lol He was fun to be around and was honest during the whole transaction which was very important to me. He was no nonsense and got the job done with a very satisfied and now loyal customer. Thank you Leith Honda and especially Frank Malfara!

Fantastic experience – I continue to be impressed with every facet of Leith Honda's business. I am a loyal service and sales customer and can't imagine going anywhere else. I recently purchased a 2011 Civic from them and worked with Eric Stewart. If you're in the market, it simply does not get any better than Eric. He's knowledgeable, isn't afraid to tell you his opinion, and truly works on your behalf when negotiating price. As long as I'm in Raleigh, I'll be buying my cars from Eric. If I had a gripe about anything, it's the purchase process, but I think that is certainly an industry-wide issue. From the time we agreed on price, it was at least two and a half hours until I walked away with a vehicle. There is SO much paper and procedure, it seems like the dealership industry has in no way embraced newer technology. But again, that's an industry problem, not necessarily a Leith problem. Go see Eric, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!
