I purchased a GMC Acadia from Hendrick Durham Auto Mall last week. This was the most professional and pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about my sales consultant, Matt Ball!. After test driving one on the lot and reviewing the addtional requirements I had, he found the exact vehicle that I wanted, and was able to obtain it for my purchase. And it was ready for delivery in less than 2 days. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and very efficient at their job. They were very straightforward in their price negotiation, no add ons, no pressure to purchase options that I did not want. I was very pleased with everyone and everything from the time I drove up till the time I drove away in my new Acadia.
Great service from (car) cradle to grave – After having bought one of about every make of car from different dealerships, I've found my home at Hendrick. Matt Ball and crew in sales are good people, honest and open negotiators. Mike Allen in service is professional, caring, and goes the extra mile (or two) in ensuring everything is perfect. They know me by name and sincerely seem glad to see me when I stop by. I'm on my second Corvette from Hendrick and they run a 5-star operation.
Great Customer Service – My visit to Hendrick Durham Auto mall was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. The dealership was clean and comfortable. As I was trying to decide on what car to get, Edison Hawkins was not only professional but very friendly. He and Rodney dean helped make my buying experience trouble-free. I left happy with a 2011 Chevy Cruze which I almost immediately fell in love with. I recommend everyone to consider going to Hendrick when looking to purchase a vehicle.
Good experience – Appreciated David Avellone's professional patience friendly manner. He has excellent outstanding product knowledge and I really like that he knew his cars -lots of different models and I am liking my Impala very much. Mike the sales manager was selling the extras and I appreciated the time he took to explain them. Follow up on items after the sale was excellent too. Nice folks.
New Vehicles – We went to Hendrick looking to purchase a new Buick Verano and a GMC Terrain. Matt Ball and the folks at Hendrick were very helpful. We were there for quite a while trying to decide which ones to buy and financing etc. They went out and got us pizza! This was a very enjoyable purchase. We love both of the vehicles and would recommend Hendrick's if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
Hendrick Durham Auto Mall – I recently bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from Hendricks and my experience was great. The sales associate was very helpful and professional. I have a great car and I'm happy. No complaints here!
Helpful – I recently bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze at this dealership, and I am happy with the car. My experience at the dealership was pretty painless - the sales associate I worked with was professional and helpful. I am a picky consumer, and my sales associate worked with me to find the right car for me. No complaints. :-)
My experience on buying new vehicle – I recently bought a new Equinox 2012 from salesman Matt Ball at this dealership. I did my research on the vehicle, went personally to several other dealerships with no results then came home and put my search on the internet. Matt Ball responded immediately with the vehicle, color and options I needed. Next step was visiting the dealership and meeting Matt personally. This was the best "dealership visit" I have ever had! I am 54 and have bought many vehicles in the past (often with dread) but Matt Ball & Hendrick Durham Auto Mall made me feel like a QUEEN! It was immediately known THEY were there to HELP ME, give me what I wanted at the price I could afford! I was made to feel the dealership and Matt Ball had my full attention. Since I had driven from Mebane, Matt wanted to react to my immediate needs, refreshments, stretch my legs and RELAX! I've been to spas that didn't relax me as well as Matt Ball and the dealership, very true.
Matt Ball already knew what vehicle I wanted and the price I was willing to pay so he told me what he had already worked on for me. Matt showed me the vehicles and colors in the price range I had given him. I actually got my first choice in vehicle color! I drove an Equinox, was told not only about my many super options but Matt explained the mechanical system to me. Now, Ladies, many of you I know start thinking at this point that we all need a fellow with us when motors, tranies and so forth are being explained, now wait here, not with Matt Ball. I wasn't treated as some older woman that didn't have any idea what a tranie or motor was! Matt had no idea I had grown up working on vehicles with my Dad. I still change oil and do some minor repairs. Ladies if you have never even popped the hood on a vehicle you have no worries with Matt Ball and this awesome dealership! I was treated with the most respect as a contemporary making a major purchase. It didn't matter what I did or didn't know, if I was buying the most expensive or least expensive vehicle, I was treated as I said with respect, given all the knowledge I needed or more. Didn't matter if I was male or female, had bought many vehicles in the past or none. They give all that walk in the door, call or off the internet the same, which I have to admit after visiting other dealerships, was the best experience I have ever had since I bought my first car at 16 years old!
Honestly, if you need a vehicle don't waste time or money, we are all know how the economy is, just go or call, go on the website, whatever works for you but GO to Hendrick Auto Mall! They'll work out problems, they make it work anyway possible for you. They even offered to drive my vehicle to my door!
BEST PEOPLE I HAVE MET AT ANY DEALERSHIP and Matt Ball, the greatest! All of my thanks to you all and I will always return to you for other purchases and my New Equinox is so awesome! Been over a week now and the full tank of gas I was given is only at 1/2 tank! Been driving everywhere, I'm getting better gas mileage than the 35mpg GM quotes. Truly a HAPPY lady.
