Schomp BMW is the only place I take my X5 (or any of my vehicles) to where I feel truly as a valued customers. They always are prompt, have a great interface for making appointments, and even clean the car when they give it back. I also have never felt price gouged either (like folks fear who have purchased higher end vehicles) - I have been taking my 2005 X5 here since I moved to Denver 5 years ago.
The entire experience at BMW Schomp is amazing. The staff are wonderful, they are there to help you in any way possible. I worked with Jim Merrell and he was awesome! He even stayed very late one night to allow me to pick up my new car. I will suggest this place to everyone who is in search of a new or used car. I love my new BMW X1 and they made it possible!
If you want a BMW, go to this dealership, ask for Paul Lim. By far the best car purchase experience ever (and I pride myself on negotiating on purchase price, trade in, and every aspect of purchase).... But the beautiful thing about the way this dealership is set up is they are a high volume dealer with exceptionally customer oriented staff..and they will go to almost any length to win you as a customer; think this is too good to be true..go to Schomp first and specifically ask to talk with Paul Lim who over and over again has contacted me to extend exceptional courtesies and it has only been 3 days since I purchased my certified 328ix. Here are examples, Paul let me drive any car. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted- no problem, no pressure...I just want you to be pleased. Paul explained why some cars were better values..really valuable discussion. Three managers, Denis, Kevin and Jill, stopped in just to say hi and extend sincere thanks for coming in. After purchase, Corrie spent an hour going through every aspect of the car-this is a preowned car-that ever happen to you? As I stepped out Jeff Edgell, again thanked me for coming to them and explained to me how the Schomp family revolutionized and professionalized this whole process 18 years ago; naturally it took a bright woman with ethics to change how this process should be done.

Exceptional Experience – The Schomp group encompasses a team of knowledgable professionals that are very easy to deal with..no high pressure sales. They treat their clients with respect and display such graciousness for your business!
Bait-and-Switch: Expected better – Bait-and-switch: Schomp wasted my entire day through ignorance, dishonesty, or both. I worked out a deal throughout the week with a salesperson over the phone. I made sure the details of the deal were clear--even in writing. The salesperson emailed me the details. They looked good so I came into the store to proceed with a purchase. After we had done a test drive, haggled with a trade, etc., the salesperson informed me of a "mistake" that changed the deal completely. A classic bait-and-switch. These guys make buying a car a painful experience. Beware; these guys are shysters and perpetuate the
Great Place to buy a car from – Just purchased a new car from Schomp and was very happy with their customer service and attention to our family. They even helped entertain our young kids while we took our time to make our decision. Thank You Schomp bmw!!
