Excellent trainer – Scott is an awesome trainer. His knowledge and understanding of the human body and which exercises should be paired to complement each other, ensures that you have a great workout each time. He is also innovative in coming up with new exercises to make each session exciting and he motivates you to push yourself to accomplish more from each workout. Unlike many trainers, he stays focused on you throughout the session, making sure that you are getting the most out of your time.
His great personality and open demeanor makes working with him a real pleasure. I am thrilled with the results that he is helping me to achieve.
Great Value & Return – I think the monthly value is amazing. You get personalized attention for cheaper than other personal trainers. The equipment and boot camps are amazing. I just read that yoga will be offered next month.
I have been training with Scott for less than 2 weeks and already see significant results in the way my body looks. More importantly I feel amazing.
Scott is also very personable. He gave me excerises I could do at home if I couldn't make to the gym and nutrional advice. Both have added to the results I am getting.
Happy with the results – Scott's bootcamp is a killer workout. It's a little different everyday, so you never get tired of it, but it's certainly a full-body workout. Each workout can be tailored for all difference fitness levels. Scott knows each of his boot camp participants, and though the power of guilt and knowing that it will be noticed that I'm not there- I continue to attend, even when I don't want to. It's definitely the best value bootcamp in Denver.
Best. Workout. Evah! – Scott Harwood's Boot Camps will put you through the most torture you can imagine -- and leave you totally wrung-out, weak and shaking. But if you could do this on your own, you already would be, wouldn't you?
One of the best things about Scott's training (at which he is expert!) is the way he "mixes up" the workouts each time to give your mind and body different things to look forward to. Work to your own level, knowing that Scott will be there to challenge you to do more and better. There are no preening "hardbodies" at Scott's gym. Just people committed to achieving and maintaining the best shape of their lives.
The weirdest thing about Scott's workouts is that he makes you enjoy being tortured! The hour goes by super fast and you'll find that you did more than you ever felt you could when you came in.

Bootcamp is a joke! – Week 1: "I hate life. I especially hate Scott! At least he's funny"
Week 2: "I can't move. I hate Scott. I heard this joke last week."
Week 3: "Is this work out getting easier or am I just getting better at blocking out these ridiculously corny anecdotes?!"
Week 4: "I just did 50 push-ups in less time than it took Madonna (and Scott) to sing 'Like a Virgin'. For as proud as I am, I'll be keeping this accomplishment to myself!"
Week 5: "Where did all of this motivation come from? Did I just get a compliment on my body? How the hell do I know all of the words to this Katy Perry song?"
Seriously though, Scott's boot camp is awesome. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until day one at this place. It's been a lot easier to stick to my fintess goals knowing that all I have to commit to is showing up, because once you're inside, there is no wandering aimlessly around the gym clueless; there is no going home after three sets of half-assed curls. It's a full hour of weights, lunges, push-ups, and where-the-hell-does-he-come-up-with-this-shit exercises. As an added bonus you get a full hour of laffy-taffy jokes, 90's music trivia, awkward made-up stories, ridiculous one-liners, and playground trash-talking from our favorite aspiring amature stand up comedian, Trainer Scott. He tries so hard sometimes, but it's hard to laugh at yo-mamma jokes when your abs are already on fire.
Thumbs up – Scott's great. Every session is a new challenge, but he's friendly and encouraging. I lost ten pounds my first month training and I feel fantastic!
I Love this workout! – I've been attending Scott's bootcamp for 3 weeks now and I love this workout! I like the convenience to home, the times available, and the no pressure atmosphere. I was a little nervous about joing because I assumed the people who attend the class would be in great shape and I'd feel intimidated. Was I wrong. Everyone that comes to the classes are all walks of life with different fitness levels. I appreciate how Scott doesn't act like some drill sargeant from the military during the workouts. I love how he pushes you in your own unique level of fitness. I definitely reccomend this workout to anyone. I saw results within my first week.
Addicting – I'm addicted!!!!!
I love boot camp. I truly enjoy Scott's class and I look forward to going as much as I possibly can. I feel so good after each class, it's addicting. Boot camp is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. The results of attending Scott's class are rewarding mentally and physically. I've spent a lot of time in gyms and I've never felt as good as I do after boot camp. Boot camp hurts, oh so good!
Best Workout I've Ever Had! – I cannot motivate myself to exercise on my own, and I absolutely hate going to the gym. Unfortunately, my metabolism stopped being able to keep up as my age and schedule (law school) increased. So, I decided to drag myself to Scott's classes, and I have never felt better about myself. Scott really pushes you to work hard, but he doesn't yell at you or make you feel bad if you simply cannot do something. He motivates through humor, which I love! After each particular exercise I feel absolutely exhausted, but Scott makes sure to vary what muscles are used throughout the class so that even if you cannot seem to move one part of your body half-way through class, that doesn't end your workout. When I come home from class I am sore and exhausted, but I feel amazing and triumphant. You HAVE to give it a try!
Best Butt Kicking You'll Ever Love! – Scotts workouts allow for all fitness levels in a friendly and fun enviornment. You have the support and motivation of the group along with Scotts humor to get you through this truly thorough workout! A lot of the workout uses your own body weight and motion to achieve strength and cardio fitness so there are no fancy machines to be intimidated by. Each excercise is done to your own personal exhaustion level making this a class for all fitness types but the motivation of those around you and Scott, makes you push yourself harder. Before you know it, you've finished a 1 hr workout and burned tons of calories! I wear a fitnes/heart rate monitor during the class and usually burn between 600-800 calories in a one hour session! Amazing! I would highly suggest Scotts boot camp to anyone looking for all around fitness.
