This is the best place to get a used car. Hands down there sales person/ owner was very helpful to me. Chance Hart worked with me with a 1000 down I got a 98 Honda civic with low mile. I also got to meet there Mechanic Kenny who was also helpful giving me tips and advice. I love this place. They also offer services Like oil changes, tire changes, front in alignments, and also state inspection. You really can not find a better car lot than this especially if i ever need work done to my vehicle the labor is only $40 an hour. Wow is all i can say because most mechanic shop i have been to is $80 an hour. From now on i got me a place were they make you feel welcome and make want to go buy me another car..
Wonderful experience! I drove all the way from Raleigh to look at a vehicle b/c of the reviews I read about A Lot of Cars. I picked up a cheap $2500 vehicle because I am a college student and have no money. It's been four months now and I haven't had a single issue. I've recommended this place to all my friends because finding a good used car dealership is tough.
Family Feel. Great Service. Wonderful selection of Cars. – I had only $1500 for a downpayment from my tax refund, and I have terrible credit. They worked with me and listened instead of trying to push me toward the car they wanted to sell me. I had about 30 cars to chose from and test drove three of them I liked.
I love my Honda! It drives great and I haven't had any major problems with it. Unlike some of the other dealers I went to in Durham, A Lot of Cars had low mileaged Hondas, Toyotas, GMs and Nissans.
They also had a wide selection of cars under $3000, but I was looking for a very specific car for myself.
When you need repairs done, you can just take your car back to either their Durham or Roxboro location and they will fix it really cheap.
I've recommended this place to all of my friends at church b/c it really feels like they want you to have a great experience buying a car.
Best car dealer in the Triangle!! Hands Down – I only had $1000 for a downpayment and I ended up driving away with a great car. Since I had such a great experience with my car and working with the people at A Lot of Cars, I've referred my brother and a cousin of mine who have also had great experiences. They take care of you and treat you with respect and kindness. I've had a few minor repairs that the car has needed and I take all my repairs back to A Lot of Cars b/c you can't beat their prices and the repairs are quality.
If you ever have a problem, you just take it back to the dealer and they get right on diagnosing the problem for free. If it needs to be fixed, they charge you 50% off of what the labor would be at another place. I looked into the A/C repair I had done was really cheap at A Lot of Cars versus another mechanic shop.
If you are shopping around for a vehicle, definitely stop by A Lot of Cars. They will continue to take care of you even after you're done making your monthly payments.
How does this place stay in business? – I don't know how this place stays in business. The employees are very rude and their vehicle are faulty. The financing charges are outragious and the vehicles are priced well over the blue book value. Beware of these scammers.
Read the Reviews and They are True.....Best Dealer I've Purchased a Car From – My friends at the hospital had told me to visit A Lot of Cars and so I looked them up online to see what other people had said. The reviews I read were good and so was my experience which is why i felt I should write a review as well.
I ended up chosing a Honda Accord and I love it. They had 5 Hondas for me to choose from and they weren't pushy at all like some salespeople I've encountered at other dealers. I didn't have the full amount for the downpayment so I put $500 down for them to put the car on layaway for me.
The best part are the services that the owners of A Lot of Cars provide after you make your purchase. I've owned my car for about a year now, and I've had my oil changed twice for free now and I've also had free diagnostic work done as well. It turned out that they were able to save me about 40% off what I would have been charged at another mechanic shop when my altinator went bad. True to their word, they charged me cost for the parts, and split the cost of labor with me 50/50.
I can't write enough good things about my experience. I have told many people at the hospital that if they need a used car and want a company that takes care of its customers, then they should visit A Lot of Cars.
If you are a Duke employee, like I am, you also get $100 off your purchase. It was a great experience and when it comes time for me to purchase another car, I won't need to research it....I'll be going straight to A Lot of Cars.
Durham's BEST car dealer – We stopped at A Lot of Cars because it was right down the road from us. They were really straightforward and not pushy at all. We ended up with a really nice Toyota Camry that was clean and hasn't given us any problems at all. At the time, they had 5 Toyotas and 6 Hondas for us to choose from. Some of which were only $1000 down.
The folks at A Lot of Cars take care of your car for as long as you own in terms of free oil changes and free diagnostic work. We've changed the oil twice already and when we did have some problems with the car starting, they determined that it was the starter and fixed it up without charging us a lot of money. We checked with other mechanic shops just to be sure and it was about half of what we would have spent elsewhere.
We've recommended this place to everyone in the hospital and all of our friends because we've had some really bad experiences at other car lots. A Lot of Cars has many many vehicles to choose from and it was and continues to be a really positive experience working with them.
Best car purchasing experience I've ever had – I heard great things about A Lot of Cars through my sister who purchased a car there two years ago. I don't have the best credit but they worked with me with only $1000 down. The whole experience was a pleasure. As long as you have the right amount for the downpayment, you don't have to wait there forever to get credit approval.....I was out the door with keys in hand withing 20 minutes. If you don't have the full amount down, they can do a lay away on your car until you come up with the rest of the money.
I received good prices and they didn't try to put me in a car that I couldn't afford. My monthly payments are only $275 / month and I've already recommended my other family members to go there if they need a car. They are awesome. Good quality cars as well. If you need a reliable car and don?t want to waste your time getting the runaround, stop here first! They honestly do their best to make you happy not only on the day of your purchase, but they help you maintain your car even after it's paid off. How can you beat that?
Best used car dealer in Triangle! – Only had $1000 for a downpayment and they worked with me without givin me a runaround. Bought a really nice Lincoln that to this day rides really smooth. I've recommended this place to a lot of my friends because they take care of you. It's been two years now and I'm working with them to get another car.
What they tell you about helping you out with repairs is true. They have a bunch of mechanics and if anything is going on with your car, you just take it there and they get right on diagnosing the problem for free. If it needs to be fixed, they charge you 50% off of what the labor would be at another place. I looked into it and the brake repair I had done was really cheap at A Lot of Cars versus another mechanic shop.
This is the place you need to buy a car from. They treat you right and continue to take care of you even after you're done making your monthly payments.
Best Car Dealer in Triangle – This place was recommended to me by my sister who had a good experience there. There were well over 150 cars to choose from and the salespeople spoke fluent spanish and english. I ended up getting a nice chevy pickup truck for only $1000 down. I've had it for just over a year and have recommended friends of mine to visit their business since they really take care of you and your vehicle after the purchase.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car or truck and I send all my friends and family members there when they need a new vehicle.
