WORST - didnt delivery my order on feb 14th – AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Placed an order for PREMIUM dozen roses a week before Valentines day. They called me to confirm the security code on my card that night and said we were all set. On Feb 14th nothing showed up --- I called them, they didnt call back. I called again an hour later, they said they would call back when they researched my order. They didnt call back. I had to call a 3rd time and thats when they told me they couldnt find the order!! I have a confirmation number from the website - how can you not find that??? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Poor English skills -- maybe thats the problem -- I'm on my way to get a refund now (they had no problem deducting the $102 from my account last week). I would NEVER use these people again. My girl didn't get her delivery on Valentines day (even though I placed the order a week ahead of time). She was disapointed - I was humilated !!! Poor customer service - completly disorganised - badly run business. I would NEVER buy from here again. NEVER!!!
on 2/17 the owner called me to express her sympathy for the problem that occured. She seemed to understand the position I was in with my girl because of the 'no show' of flowers on V-day and took the measure to send the 12 long stems roses to her today (free of charge) with a lovely note. If I take a chance on this store again, I will be dealing with Karen herself only. I was not impressed with the lack of call-back from Kelly and other assistant.
This owner did the very best she could to make up for a failure. My girl (and myself) appreciated what Karen did today.
Worse place for flowers and worse customer service – My husband order flowers from this flower shop for valentine day, and the flowers were totally old, and beat up, design was ugly and totally different from their website, it just look like the flowers were put together by a 10 years old kid. The vase was also different too...see the picture I posted.
When i got the flowers delivery, i called the store manager to complain, she said "YOUR HUSBAND DIDN'T PAY A HUNDRED OF DOLLARS FOR IT, WHAT DO YOU EXPECTED?" but excuse me...he paid $55 for the flowers + $12 for deliverty...but that's not the point, the point is that they have to come somewhat close to what they have on their site and they should have better customer service.
Store manager also said..."WHAT IF YOU BEAT UP THE FLOWERS, MAKE IT LOOKS UGLY AND BLAME US" Hello, why would we do that, what do we get from doing that...
Over all, this is the worse flowers shop ever...My friend also had the same experience couple months ago too...
they stole the design and posted on their website but they DO NOT know how to arrange or put the flowers together!!!
DON"T GET RIPPED OFF by them
karens lovely flowers – Karen was extremely nice and helpful with picking out the best flowers for my mother's birthday. She definately takes pride in her work.
