JetCard Plus is hands down the best. Since the beginning of bad economy in 2008 it was no longer reasonable to overpay with Warren Buffet’s company, and I switched to these folks. With JetCard Plus I’m paying half for virtually the same planes. Highly recommend.
I joined JetCard Plus a few months ago and I’m very satisfied. Unlike my previous provider, they do not put me on jets that require fuel stops on common routes such as FL – NY. Great aircraft selection, best prices.

JetCard Plus does an excellent job. They’ve been around for over 5 years. I have been their client since their first year and I’m beyond satisfied. Their CEO created a concept of a Jet Card in the jet company he founded previously and sold to CSFB. These folks are great at what they do. JetCard Plus’ service and planes are consistently great.

Consistent service and prices, plus they alert me when they have empty legs that match my common routes which results in further savings. I get about 3 times more flying time for my money than I did with Net Jets. Highly recommend.

Happy client for over 4 years – I have been with these folks for about 4 years, and so have most of their clients. They have always provided an excellent service for a competitive price. Not once have I had a problem. They use only Arg/Us Gold or higher safety ratings. Not once did I have a safety or service concern. They literally use the same aircraft as some of the bigger players in the industry.
To their recent client who wrote his review below me: it is unfortunate that you have not been as ecstatic with these folks as many of us have been. I’m sure there is a way to solve your issue as per the contract you entered in with them. I had nothing but good experience with them, so I will stick with them.
I GOT SCAMMED BY JET CARD PLUS, INC – I believe I am the victim of fraud but I'll let you decide.
Back in Sept of 2011, I received a promotional email from Jet Card Plus, Inc. I receive jet card promotions all the time but this one seemed especially enticing b/c they offered an extremely competitive hourly rate and at a relatively low level of commitment - $50,000. I called and spoke with a sales representative (VP of Sales, Chris Mahon) who "sold" me on the deal. I asked for a west coast reference and they gave me the name and number of someone in SoCal. I called and the gentlemen gave the company a glowing review. It was good enough for me so I "pulled the trigger". I signed a contract and wired my $50k.
The events that followed have been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm still in the middle of it all and feel like a deer in the headlights. Basically, I booked my first flight using my new jet card. I planned a Christmas holiday trip with my family on a light jet to Beaver Creek, CO. We set up the flight and all travel details and were so excited to embark on this journey. Literally the day before our flight, I received a phone call from Paul Svensen, CEO of JetCard Plus. He called to tell me that they did not have the funds to pay for my flight the next day. He went on to tell me that they were experiencing a short term cash crunch and that they were doing everything they could to fix it but that if I still wanted to fly private the next day, that I would have to put the full amount on my credit card. I flipped! Where was my $50k?! Immediately started smelling like a ponzi scheme?! I was so frustrated but didn't want to cancel this trip so I asked him to write me an email stating that he would reimburse me my out of pocket expenses for the flight, which he did do. We showed up the next day at Livermore Airport and boarded our plane. Although I was frustrated and felt like a dark cloud had been cast upon our trip, I tried to enjoy it nonetheless. Then about an hour into the flight, one of the pilots (owner of the plane) came back to check on us. We got to talking and I found out that this "short term cash problem" that Paul and JCP was claiming to have had actually been going on for the past six months or so and he's been bailing them out the whole time by stepping in to cover flights for the company.
Things have continued to go from bad to worse and there are many other details to share and explain. I am currently out over $63,000 and have engaged my attorneys at this point. I am still technically under contract with these guys but they have not performed on any aspect of the contract and have not followed through as promised. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE!!
I am getting nowhere with the CEO and now I am looking for current members to collaborate with and figure out what to do. PLEASE contact me if you are in a similar position with this company.

We currently have over $150,000 in deposits with JetCard Plus and Paul Svensen and when we went to use our service i received a e-mail that they had no cash from their CEO and still have not been compensated with either my money returned as requested or paid for flights. I trust since this is probably someone from JetCard Plus writing about themselves because it is the only good press they recieve i hope you are flying...Johndrow@johndrowvineyards
