Gourmet Pizza Not Recomended. Pizza taste was good. Unfortunately the service is extremely poor. I have been a regular customer for a year and a half, now I will go elsewhere. I ordered two pizzas and medium wings for carryout and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes after placing the order to pick it up. They only had one pizza and the wings made. I questioned about the second pizza and was told they would make it and it wouldn't be long. Twenty minutes later, all the while the first pizza and wings sat on top of the oven, I got the second pizza. I paid full price and was offered not even an apology for the mix up. I must point out that the place was not busy, maybe three other customers. When I got home, my wings were BBQ instead of medium. A strong BBQ flavor at that. I could have gotten past the wait for the second pizza, if that had been the only issue, I looked past small issues from them in the past. I called and the owner, at least I believe through observation, answered. I first informed him of the wings stating they were BBQ and not medium wings. He told me they put BBQ in their sauce. I told him about the second pizza, how the first half of my order sat aside for twenty minutes while they made the second one, due to their error. He seemed very much not concerned. I let him know I will be taking my business elsewhere. If they owner doesn't care about customer service and/or satisfaction, then I would say it's safe to assume this place will have boards on the windows in a matter of time, I will spread the word and discourage friends and neighbors from patronizing Anthony's Gourmet Pizza. I wasn't looking for a free pizza, but I will be looking for a new pizza place!
