I feel amazing! – I've been feeling sluggish lately and a friend recently introduced me to Dahn Yoga. I'm so happy that I found this place. After taking classes my body feels so much lighter and my mind is much clearer. I have no idea how, but I'm sleeping so much better now. I have more energy throughout the day and I have enough energy to keep up with my 5 year old son.

A healthy body and a beautiful life – Been a attending class about 2-3 months now,2-3 times a week I go in.this is not ur average yoga mind you. the dahn approach is to open up all your meridian pathways so energy flows more freely throughout your body. this is done through a pretty physical calisthenic routine, that is slightly different each in each class.the theory goes: that As energy moves more freely, that not only minor symptoms and aches disappear, but major systemic conditions improve as well.

Dahn Yoga & Healing – Calmer, less erratic in thought, and dare I say, saner. Speaking from experience, we can all use sum energy work. Anyhoo, check it out, try a free class, its a great workout, whether or not u care bout stress/ or energy, with plenty of positive side effects!

Most relaxing place on earth – Dahn Yoga is nothing like other yoga classes or exercise classes I have attended. It is different. it really offers what seems like unlimited variety of methods of body movements combined with breathing and focus. Some movements are like your typical yoga, others look like TaiChi, others are like martial arts forms, and then there is many forms of meditation.... lot of variety. You start by focusing your mind on your body. When your mind is focused, every movement is that much more effective in clearing your blockages and opening up the body inside out. The result is... the tightness around my shoulders from sitting all day is gone...my stomach 'pouch' :-) goes in.... I am more flexible, stronger, energetic. I am breathing deeper and I am much more productive because my mind is clearer.So after a few months of practice, I feel healthier and flexible. General health benefits after yoga. Some members say that they can sleep better, lose weight, better manage their stress, focus better, become calmer, smile more, etc.

Dahn Yoga hits the spot – Every Dahn Yoga class hits the SPOT! Since Dahn Yoga focuses on the energy flow in my body, I always leave feeling a very deep level of relaxation and rejuvination.

Stretches are deep, meditation helps me focus and feel lite and open.

I recommend this style of yoga for anyone feeling the need for more circulation, flexibilty and stress relief. Anyone can do this kind of yoga without feeling judged for not being able to do all the stretches. The instuctors make every move accessible for the each person.

With individualized attention, regular checkups to assess your progress and home excersises, I feel that this is the best value and brings the deepest satisfaction.

Got rid of lower back pain – I was actually afraid to start yoga because of chronic lower back pain. I made an appointment to just try it at this Dahn Yoga Center because it's near my office and was very convenient. The instructor who met me was very kind and checked my body condition and explained exactly why I had so much lower back pain (it's linked to stress... of course....)

I started coming to class a few days a week and always felt much more relaxed than when I came in. I noticed that the back pain was easing and now that I've been going to Dahn Yoga for 5 months, I very rarely feel it. I did do a couple of private sessions that helped me release a lot of deep tension through individualized exercises. My teacher gave me a set of home exercises I can do on the days I can't make it to class or when I'm on a business trip.

If you're stuck at your desk most of the day, see if you can't make an appointment for an individual intro session or catch one of the lunch classes and give yourself a break. I'm so grateful I did!

I'm still coming to class regularly after two years – April 6, 2012. Below is a review I wrote two years ago. I'm still coming to class regularly because I continue to feel improvements in my physical and mental conditions. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a break during the work day (I now love the class during the lunch hour, but if I'm really busy I'll come in the evening or plan ahead and take the early morning class)

Although I've had a few different instructors over these two years, I have always been satisfied with the level of professionalism in their instruction and the genuine care and interest they have in my individual condition.

from April 2010:

Basically, I came in to the yoga center from a hard day at work, feeling so much tension in my shoulders and replaying a conversation with my boss over and over and over in my brain.

When I finished this Dahn Yoga class, I was smiling and I felt totally relaxed. Honestly, I couldn't really believe it, but somehow I let go of everything and just had fun.

I told a couple of my co-workers and now we have a routine of going together after work to unwind.
