Wow, what a disapointment!.
Wow! What a disapointment! I told everyone what a great customer service this business had and that was a FACT. In May, the young lady who handled my sign-up had the BEST customers service and efficiency I had come across in many, many years and I told her so and every one else who would listen for weeks.
First they would not pick up on the right day, then when they came when I had pulled my trash can back off the street, the young man passed the house, then backed up and run all the way to pull our trash can and empty it and apologized for not being there the week before.
Then again 4 weeks ago, no pick up, then pick up, now two weeks now and our whole neighborhood is an unhealty mess. When I drove to the office, it was so isolatedly quiet, I was scared to get out of the car to go and fuss.
I guess that's what happens when we try to save a little by leaving my 22 years, 9months service for a new cheap kid on the block.
What are we to do Silver Crown? Phone disconnected, office deserted! Shamefully, have to crawl back to my Latham Home Sanitation which is now Waste Industries.
